Sparkfire nervously walked over to the patrol. Larkflight looked at the gathering patrols, wondering if she was in any of them. She saw Duskhowl flick his tail, signaling for her to come, and padded over.

[Fichester]

"Let's go!" Palestripe meowed once the patrol had gathered. Quickpaw bounded after the patrol, staying beside her mentor, Duskhowl.

Rockscar and Tallspring shared a disgusted glance, and they both padded over to Wildscratch, keeping apart from one another. Please have him keep Tallspring off my tail!

[Dessy]

Duskhowl looked at his apprentice. "Just make sure you scent the air often," he reminded Quickpaw.

Wildscratch looked at them weird, then said, "Come on, lets get going,"

[Fichester]

Quickpaw nodded. (-mini timeskip-) Palestripe arrived at the rock outcropings that rose out of the ground. "Now, we'll split up. Call out if you find a cave or need help, and be careful," She advised the other warriors. "Should Quickpaw stay with you?" She asked, turning to Duskhowl.

Rockscar padded after Wildscratch, and let Tallspring go infront of her, hoping he'd keep his jaws shut.

[remember when I suggested that Rockscar and Tallspring hate eachother? Well...just explaining...]

"Only if you think it's necessary," said Duskhowl.

"Ok, we should split up here," Wildscratch suggested.

[Fichester]

"It's not neccesary!" Quickpaw intervened, looking hopefully at Duskhowl and Palestripe. "I think she'll be fine." The white and silver she-cat smiled broadly then shot off to her own spot to investigate.

"Ok," Rockscar meowed. She scented the air, and padded in the direction she though would have the most prey. Tallspring glared after her.

[Dessy]

Duskhowl smiled, then went off in a different direction. He sniffed, looking for any scents.

Wildscratch went away from the two. He stalked around, sniffing the air for prey.

[Fichester]

Quickpaw started scrambling up the rocks, wanting to look at the top. Palestripe climbed up to a sturdy ledge. Lakeyowl was snuffling along the bottom.

Tallspring watched after Wildscratch, and once he was gone, he padded after Rockscar's scent trail.

[Dessy]

Wildscracth flicked his tail. The bush rustled, and out came a bird. He growled, flipped around. He then jumped after it. He felt his claws graze it's belly, but when he landed, there was no bird in his paws. He hissed in frustration.

[Fichester]

Rockscar had her attention fixed on a squirrel. Her blue eyes glittered as she crept forward silently, staying stiff. She let out a shriek as a weight fell on her back. She tried to throw it off, but her leg fell out from under her and she came crashing onto the ground. She looked up, and anger slowly crept through her pelt as she recognized the long, spotted forepaw stretched out infront of her.
