Leafclan
Leopardpaw nodded, and turned around and padded away to look for something to hunt.

((I don't want to sound over-persistent, but I am getting tired of constantly reading one-word posts from the same people. I know Writer's Block finds us all one time or another, but it is always the same and three minsucule sentences should be easy enough. I don't mean to be rude, but whenever I remind said members of the rule, you say you will try harder next time and/or come up with some excuse, but this has to stop. It is a rule and one that should be kept in mind; besides, mini-posts are often the end of a Roleplay if there are enough of them.))
WaterClan
An amused purr rumbled from Dawnsinger's throat, the tension between her and Silverleaf evaporating like dew in the sunshine. Perhaps things would soon be mended after all. Her lungs released a breath and she realized she had been holding it. The silver-furred warrior cast a sideways glance at her friend, hope flickering within them. Had she just imagined the uncomfortable emotions that sliced through the air whenever they were in each other's presences? This query was answered with an unwelcome memory of the two WaterClan she-cats spitting insults and unsheathing their claws, only heartbeats away from combat. Silverleaf's words sliced her heart more efficiently than teeth and claws ever would. She grimly forced the recollection from the forefront of her mind, her content expression faltering for a moment. Dawnsinger focused on happier thoughts, a thrill of elation making her heart beat slightly faster when she dwelled on the possibility of spending the entire day with Stormcall. It would be great to meet with her mate for an extended period of time without them even worrying about being caught or stressing about meeting the dark gray tom discreetly. And her friendship with Silverleaf seemed to be restored, if only for now. The she-cat pressed further for positive things, her brow furrowed as she searched. Dark thoughts took advantage of the opportunity to return and plague her mind with fear. Rumors of DarkClan becoming at large were spreading despair and death throughout the forest. Friendships were being tested, and anxiety and well as doubts were running high. The reassurance of the safety and presence of your very soul was gone, and the threat of death was alarmingly serious (For lack of better word). To complicate matters even more, leaf-bare was slowly but surely approaching, hanging over the eight Clans like a heavy fog. Otterpaw's appearance wrenched Dawnsinger from her reverie and she forced herself to once again adopt a cheerful mask. It concealed her true emotions quite well as she was rather good at that. "I'm right here," she mewed to the apprentice, stepping forward so the sun caught her silver pelt, causing it to shine in the light. Her eyes danced with short-lived amusement when she joked, "Really, I know your name is 'Otterpaw,' but can you really be so ignorant to your surroundings?" Her expression darkened as she added sullenly, "A DarkClan cat could sneak up on you if you're not careful." The older cat blinked, surprising herself with her own feelings. What was with the sudden mood swing? "Sorry," she hastily muttered when Otterpaw's face fell.

SunClan
Flamedancer's paws itched with indecision. She felt a strange but strong urge to follow the wounded tom and his Clanmate, wanting to make sure he was going to be okay. She bit her lip and stared hard at the ground, composing herself, before raising her eyes to nod somewhat gratefully to Leopardfur. The IceClan warrior had spared her, after all. If she had made up her mind to settle on a different decision, Flamedancer would be accompanying the IceClan cats but not for the reason she wanted to. Her paws could well be on their way to their camp to face Froststar. Her green eyes darting yet again to Nightfall, she forced herself to turn away and ignore her desire to reassure the black tom's safety. She retreated and started padding toward the border though her paws still dragged. It was for the best, Flamedancer half-heartedly told herself, yet she didn't believe the thought. Oddly, the ginger she-cat felt as though she had failed; she helped, not enough for her to be satisfied. The cat she loved had been hurt, perhaps worse than he could have been. If only she had tried harder to save him! Flamedancer's claws digged into the frozen ground while her pelt burned with self-aversion and shame. If it hadn't been for Leopardfur, Nightfall's wounds could be fatal. And there was nothing she could do about it. The faint but distinct scent of SunClan barely registered as she trudged on, deep in thought.
((I have to go; I never seem to be able to post for all of my charries in time, hm? Oh well. And how Stormpaw loves to be referred to as "the legendary Heathersong's apprentice". x3))

LeafClan
Shiningmist headed into the trees with her mouth open to detect scents. She froze as she caught the scent of badger. She let out a low growl as she narrowed her eyes. She would have to report to her leader that their was a badger in the territory so the nursery would be safe.

FireClan
Foxflame scrabbled backwards with his claws, desperately trying to stay on solid ground. He was quickly aided by Nightfire's sharp claws digging into his tail and Mudpaw's small weight behind her. The tabby tom would have yowled at any other time, but the shock kept him silent.

Nightfire vaguely felt Mudpaw's claws in her tail; by now the pain from her torn claws was numbing everything else. She gave one last heft, fire searing through her paws, and Foxflame pulled himself onto the dirt, panting.

Flameheart's spine prickled as he stumbled backwards. "Okay..." he stammered. "I'll just go hunting by myself, then." The ginger tom shuffled away into the jungle, slightly dazed.

WaterClan
Silverleaf turned around. "She was here a second ago..." Then Dawnsinger appeared from behind a bush that the two had walked behind. "And there she is!" The grey she-cat searched her mind for something to brighten the conversation. "Water time!" she exclaimed joyfully, starting to trot again. "Race you to the water!" she shouted over to her shoulder as she ran towards the lake.

RockClan
Marshpelt smiled. "We'll see just how much fun I can have. Race you to the border!" he challenged, waving his tail madly.

IceClan
Nightfall grunted. "I'm fine," he muttered, willing this agony to be over.

SunClan
Petalsong closed her eyes and grimaced as the third kit slipped out onto the nursery floor. Brightpaw dashed over to it and added it to the huddle of small kits at the queen's belly. The cream-colored she-cat gazed at her three kits lovingly. There was the dark ginger one, Oakkit, that reminded her of Foxflame's father. The second kit was a little she-kit that looked just like her mother. Fawnkit she thought fondly. The third kit was a dark brown tabby, Willowkit; an almost exact replicate of Heathersong! Petalsong looked gratefully up at the LeafClan cat only to find alarm in her amber eyes. "What is it?" she asked softly. The medicine cat looked at her, just about to open her mouth, when Brightpaw drew their attentions. The small apprentice was struggling with Willowkit. "Brightpaw..." Before she could finish, the apprentice whirled around, a frantic look on her face. "She's not breathing!"

FireClan
Mudpaw rolled backwards into a bush his gray pelt disappearing among the the leaves. After a heart beat his head poked out with a clump of dirt on it and a flower still in the dirt. He shook his head knocking it off. "Why did you walk off the edge for? You can't fly," he said cheekily. He stepped out from the bush shaking the dirt out of his fur.

RockClan
Islandsong smiled and took off without warning,"Ok but I think I'll win." She yelled over her shoulder as she jumped over a log.

IceClan

Leopardfur glanced one more time at Nightfall, not sure if he was telling her the truth, and then continued, not wanting to bother the tom any more about his injuries. Closing her eyes as they walked back to camp, the female warrior hoped that Frostwhisker was ready with the herbs that she needed. Maybe she had restocked today? Hopefully she had. If she didn't, then Leopardfur could go and find them for her.

WaterClan

Otterpaw took off immediately after her mentor, her legs flashing out, almost a blur. "No fair! You got a head start!" she called ahead to Silverleaf who Otterpaw could just see the tail of as they raced towards the lake. By then, any of Otterpaw's doubts that with Stonefur not being there would cause her to be miserable, vanished, leaving Otterpaw care-free.

Stonefur looked around, hoping to catch sight of Pinefeather. "Well, she should hurry up if we want to make it to RockClan's camp and then back before sundown." he said, feeling a bit restless.

((WB, and the fact that I didn't get a heartbeat of sleep last night doesn't help. . . x_x))
WaterClan
Dawnsinger protested as she immediately darted off after her friend, "No fair! You got a head start!" Her lean-muscled legs pumped hard and she advanced on Silverleaf, the ground gliding below her while her paws churned through the air as if she were swimming in water, except she gained distance much quicker now. The countless plants and trees the WaterClan warrior weaved between and hurtled past were mere blurs in her peripheral vision. Her mind sharpened and focused as she concentrated on the race. Dawnsinger's heart fluttered like a trapped bird, its beats steady and strong but accelerating while a thrill of exhilaration coursed through her veins. Before she knew it, the two she-cats were neck and neck, a body of water's rippling surface indicating they were approaching the lake. The instinct to win, to acheive victory was stronger than ever now. WaterClan cats were already converging on the shore, their pelts gradually and rapidly becoming more distinct as the two friends raced toward them. "I'm going to get there first!" declared Dawnsinger when she put on a burst of speed and passed Silverleaf by a tail-length. The ghost of a smile danced across her lips; she obviously enjoyed this challenge. Her limbs burned at the exertion and the long-furred she-cat found herself slowing down slightly. "What?" she hissed to herself underneath her breath. Was she going to lose? No, she thought stubbornly. I will win, and that is that. Her whiskers twitched in amusement when Dawnsinger realized how competitive she really was. It will be okay whoever wins, the cat told herself. Unless, of course, it's Silverleaf. The inkling of a last-moment plan formed inside her mind as it snatched at any possibilities and she continued that pace steadily, remaining at least a fox-length behind the other she-cat at all times, saving her energy for when she would sprint as fast as she could across the final stretch of land to the lake's bank.

EarthClan
Lightwhisper collapsed after the hallucination faded, her mind reeling and chest feeling as though it may burst any moment, though she could hardly imagine why. At the very end of the nightmarish illusion, however, she could have sworn the silhouette of a cat had appeared before her, watching her sadly only a tail-length away. A cat with stars in its eyes, paws and elsewhere observing her in a sorrowful manner. But the image vanished in an instant, taking the horrible vision with it and leaving Lightwhisper no time for further observations. The cat was currently pushed back to the outer tendrils of her schizophrenic mind, since there was now nothing to distract her from the pain that was blazing like a brush fire in her shoulder. The EarthClan she-cat didn't cry out, in fact, she didn't react to the agony at all. Her pale green eyes were fixated into the distance, unfocusing as she surrendered to the black waves of unconsciousness threatening to engulf her.
