Sontag jumped out and shook all the loose water off his fur toward Everest.

Vitani nodded and shot forward squeezing herself under the bushes.

Night jumped over the bushes. In a clearing there was several bushes with blue, thornless roses. Night picked a couple and threading them together into a small circle. He set it firmly around Vitani's ears and did the same with a bigger circle. "I'm making something special for you and your mother."

Vitani's eyes widened. She stared at the roses. "Pretty!!!!" She she said, awstruck.

Night smiled. "Do you think your mother will like it?"

Vitani nodded vigorously. (cant spell at all today) She jumped up and down. "Pretty!!!" she repeated.

"Okay, come on. If we don't get back before your mother wakes up, I'll be in trouble." He piled her up and jumped over the bushes and set her back down on the other side.

She let out a squeal and jumped back onto his back. "Carry me!!"
