I think this puppy is the biggest mystery now. A few artists (OrchidSprig, Solloby, Tiikeria, Drizzle, Satamoru) aren't for sure artist that made this pup, because they confirmed it (not directly). We can be sure, that artists like ex. Vampiric or Moonflight aren't responsible for her too.

We don't have any types for her! She's so mysterious...

I'm leaning Fiery Gatoh. In comparison to previous years' staff pups, it seems the most like hers then any others.
Or Selcouth, who didn't do a pup-stage last year and could be doing something similar.
Or any person who didn't want to do a pup-stage.
Which doesn't narrow things down at all.
