Blood stood up. "Okay, whas goin' on in dat room? Whas wrong in dere?" He walked over and looked in. "Okay, the cook is on da floor. Not dat 'mazin', is it? Prob'ly just fainted."

Adrian came running from the foredeck at the sound of the thud. "What is going on here?" he asked, raising his voice. He took it in: Lacie, unconscious; Okuyami, scowling at Blood; Blood, peering at the body; Robin, amazed at the cook on the floor; Thad, same; and El, staring at Lacie with a horrified expression. "Did anybody see who did this?" he asked, as El rushed towards Lacie and took her hand. "Lacie, are you there? Wake up, please Lacie!"
Adrian did a quick 360, but saw nothing out of the ordinary.

[Fauna]

Lacie blinked and pushed her self up. "I'm up." Lacie stood and crossed her arms. "What's everyone doin' in here? I just fell asleep and maybe I drank a little..... Listen I'm fine you all get back to whatever you do and let me be." Lacie turned and picked up the sword she placed it on the table. She felt the back her head and quickly pulled her hand back. She glared at the others. "If you want any dinner for the next few days, I would be leaving now!"

Thaddeus raised her hands and backed away. "Sorry,Lacie." She shoulder her way past everyone in the cabin and back out toward the main deck where the sun had already gone down. She sat down on the rail and sighed.

[Fauna]

Lacie looked at the sword and crossed her arms. She paced around and tried to figure out how he was alive and why he had hurt her. She sat down with a headache.

Robin sighed and walked out again, wondering what had happened. Maybe she had hit her head on something. Or got up too fast and got dizzy. Or fell over due to the rocking of the ship. He looked up, worry creased his brow. Dark, ominous looking thunderheads we not that far away. The once gentle breeze was slapping against his face and yanking on the sails.

Okuyami followed him."confused?" she asked

"Huh? Nah." He pointed to the storm clouds, "That looks like some nasty weather coming our way."

Taddeus lay on her back on the deck and looked up the stars. They were almost exactly on the correct sea path. She'd half to adjust their path once they got far away enough from the coast.

Adrian stooped down and spread his long limbs out on the next next to Thaddeus. "What do you think of the prisoner?" he asked, glancing over at her. The moonlight played on her angular face, creating unique patterns that dazzled him. He stared up at the stars again, waiting for her answer.

El blinked. "I'd like dinner for the next week if you don't mind, Lacie. We were just worried about you! I mean, how would we survive if our cook was blacked out!" She nudged her teasingly. "But really, what happened? You were there, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and then WHAM, you were out. See something?"
