I'm amazed I even have it. What would be a good swap for the Blue Tox?

Using the rarity guide, it looks like a Clear-eyed galaxy or more common (not green) sorbet.

Doesn't supply/dmeand come into play here too? I was just told it is insanely sought after/wanted, so I'm not sure what to do any more.

That's way too much for a CE galaxy. You can get one of those with just the purple toxic, and even then it is unfair for the toxic.

As for the blue tox, you can get a CE galaxy with it. Probably a blue or maybe even green sorbet. It's level of wantedness makes it valuable.

Considering the purple toxic is rarer, I was wondering what/which of these I should add to their side;

I know that the blue toxic is sought after... but I wouldn't say "insanely" sought after I really haven't seen many people searching for it recently.

See, the CE galaxy is funny to me. I think that the offer on the CE galaxy is either fair or too much. The Purple toxic is the rarest toxic, while the CE galaxy is one of the most common July 08's.

I'm holding an auction for a BE Galaxy and a Blue Tox. I want to make sure I get a fair trade.

I was told earlier that a Non-balloon for a BE Galaxy is unfair to the Galaxy, and I'm thinking about swapping my Blue Tox for either a CE Galaxy or a Wood Angel + some rare 08's.

BC: A Nonballoon would be very unfair for a BE Galaxy. Blue Tox for CE is good, but you could get a Wood Angel plus another common August for it along with the rare '08s.

The guide is a combination of rarity and demand, so it's already accounted for. That being said, it's not a perfect guide, so certain things like the placement of the Toxics, Sorbet, and CE Galaxies are a bit up in the air. Blue and Purple Toxics are significantly more rare/sought after than the rest of them. You could probably get a Blue Sorbet with the Blue Tox, or a CE. The Purple is worth a little bit more.
