Poor Oil Spill in the Gulf ;(

I feel SO bad for all those poor sea creatures in the gulf of mexico that are being swamped by the massive oil spill.. for the past week, I think, there have been articles on the web, in the newspaper... everywhere about those poor animals!

I live in South Mississippi, They keep finding dead fish, dolphins and turtles on the beaches, but yet they keep telling us its not the oil causing it. yea... right.

Its worse than they said. BP was saying only 5,000 barrels a day, a scientist did some research and says its between 60,000 and 80,000 barrels.

Off shore drilling should be illegal. It gets me so upset when people act like pollution is no big deal when it is and it kills. As my personal protest against this oil spill I am boycotting BP gas. I will not buy gas from them and help support their off shore drilling from now on.

Hi! I just recently figured out something about pollution. When you throw your bottles or other plastics in the ocean they get grated down to microscopic peices. This happens because of the strong currents. When the fish try and get the oxygen out of the water they inhale the plastic peices. Then we finally eat the fish we get the plastic in our body as well. So I am sure this will happen with the oil spill, too. It will get in the fish's body and it will end up in our body. So my opinion is don't eat fish until the oil spill is cleared. If you go to the link below it will show a picture of dead fish that washed on to the shore.
