I think n e m o said she wanted to give plenty of time to trade them in. None are first come, first serve. Some are special release meaning lots of people can adopt them, and some are raffle pets meaning only one lucky winner will get that pet. So it's completely random whether or not you win.

More than one. I apologize not getting back to you about that. Free passes can be entered 1 per person per pet. (I hope that makes sense).

The token raffles a person can use multiple tokens on the same pet to increase their chance of winning.

But the free passes are limited to one entry per person. Everyone who played any of the Halloween Games were given basically 1 free pass to use in every free pass raffle if they want to enter for it.
