{ Physical Appearance: Avalon is a very lean, long-legged snow leopard. She has the usual snow leopard patterned coat. He pelt thickens as the seasons change. It keeps her warm in freezing temperatures and thins out enough in the hot weather so she's not burning.
{ Eye Color: Avalon has white eyes with a slight blue tint to them. They range from white to sky blue, depending on the light.

{ Personality:Avalon is a very even-tempered, intelligent snow leopard. She can be mysterious in some ways, whether she's giving wisedom, treatment, or meeting a new cat. When meeting a new cat or cats, she will be shy most of the time and avoid first glance. But once you get to know her, she is not what she may seem to be. She is friendly and if she knows a cat well, she may joke a little. She loves to run a lot and the feel of the wind in her face and in her fur. She is swift on foot and a quick thinker. She loves to swim and catch fish. Unlike most cats, she has learned to hold her breath under water and enjoys the thrill of diving and swimming beneath the surface. This is partly credited to an incident when she was younger...

She's been traveling a lot to find a new home before she washed ashore. So, not only was she born with high stamina, her traveling has increased how long she can maintain her speed

Her slender build and speed helps her have the momentum to jump high and turn very sharp turns in split-second moves

All Healers have to be smart. Whether it's knowledge on various things (mostly medical related) or quick-thinking skills. Avalon has both. When being a Healer, you obviously have to know more than just the basics. The whole group depends on your skill of a Healer to cure and take care of them. In some cases, it pays to be quick-thinking because it could be life or death.
Besides medical wisedom, she's smarter than an average cat. More than just basic logic, she has learned much from her travels.

A snow leopard's usual habitat is the mountains. Avalon used to live in the mountains before she came to the island. She has natural climbing abilities.

Avalon loves to swim and has experience with it. She learned to hold her breath for a short period of time underwater.

Avalon can be a little shy when is comes to meeting new cats. She doesn't like to talk in front of many cats. Though when she knows the cat well, she is funny and talkative.

Avalon hates to be in crowded places. She can't handle tight spaces. The only time she can brave it is if she's in a high place with wind blowing into the cave and knows she can get out, it's her only choice for survival and she's tired, or if their is a herb she needs to get in there. She will brave it if there is a sick or injured cat in the tight area too. If she's surrounded by herbs and know she can get out, she's alright then.

{ History: Avalon has barely shared her history with anyone. Cyclone knows her whole story. Most of it, at least. Most of the time, she will just tell the basics or avoid the question of her past (sometimes using a quote).Though, not all of her childhood was gloomy, to get her to tell you her harsh, and sometimes painful, past will be tough. Whenever she tells her past, sometimes she will become too pained and be unable to tell the rest. She has never told anyone her full history. If she comes across a cat she really, truly trusts, maybe she will reveal her secret and hidden past...
Though, Avalon has been traveling alot and learned much from her adventures. Maybe she will tell you a few if you ask.

{ Physical Appearance: Cyclone is a lean mean machine. He has the unique coat markings of a King Cheetah. He has long elegant legs and a long tail. He has sharp non-retractable claws that serve him well. Whether in battle with prey or enemies.
{ Eye Color: Cyclone has dark amber eyes. They range from light pale yellow to dark amber.

Cyclone, being the breed of the fastest land animal on earth, can reach up to speeds of 60-75 mph
~Endurance
Cheetahs can't maintain their top speed forever. At 60-75 mph, he can last between 30-45 seconds. At 50-60 mph, he can last between 40-50 seconds. At 40-50 mph, 45-55 seconds. At 30 and lower, 60+ seconds. If he cruises at a low speed of 25 mph, he can last for almost more than two minutes or less.

Thanks to his speed and tail, Cyclone can swerve and make sharp turns in split-seconds moves
~Intelligence
Cyclone is one smart cheetah. He learns from Trial and Error. He developed his own hunting skills from experience and knows how to pace himself in running and short bursts of speed.

If Cyclone gets into a hot argument, he won't back down until he has made his point clear. He can get very angry and end up tackling the other cat. He will snarl and claw anything nearby to shreds. He usually doesn't get into any bad arguments without a reason.

Avalon groaned and blinked open her eyes. Bright light shined in her face and it took a moment for her eyes to adjust. She blinked again and saw the sun. Rolling onto her side, she noticed she was on a beach. She felt tired and was about to close her eyes when she heard loud yowling.
"Help! Help! I'm stuck!" A familiar voice cried. "Avalon? Avalon! Wake up!"
Avalon's eyes flashed open. She knew that annoying voice anywhere. Her muscles were sore but the joy of hearing that irritating voice gave her the strength. She was on her paws in an instant and scanned around the beach. It had loads of rocks. How did she not hit her head on one of those? "Cylcone! Where-" As soon as she said that, she noticed a King Cheetah pretty tangled up in some kelp. And by the looks of it, he was angry.
"I'm over here, genius." Cyclone grumbled. He squirmed but only managed to get the kelp's end strands wrapped around the rocks near him.
Avalon couldn't help but smile as she slowly padded over, her head high and her tail swished above the ground. "Need help, Cy?" She purred with amusement.
Cyclone growled. "You think? Just get over here and cut me loose!"
Avalon sighed and walked over quickly. She looked around him and put her front paws on his back. She sniffed the kelp. "Okay, hold still..."
Cyclone grumbled quietly to himself. He, like all cheetahs, hated being told to "hold still".
Avalon grabbed a strand of kelp in her jaws and cut it. She clawed off a few others.
Cyclone leapt up and shook the water off his fur. "Yes! Thanks, Av." He sped off down the beach, letting off some energy.
"You're welcome!" Avalon yelled. She smiled as she watched the cheetah run around like a excited cub. He never runs out of energy, does he? She saw Cyclone turn around and come running back at her. She should move out of the way, but something caught her eye. Something swaying... She turned her head and her jaw dropped. The sandy beach lead to a forest. Trees! Food! She started running towards the forest, driven on hunger and excitement.

Great. Here she goes again, Cyclone thought as he watched Avalon excitedly point out random plants and say whether they were poisonious or edible. That cat could talk for hours. But she would not even peep a word with a stranger. He remembered the first time he met her. Silent as an owl!
"See this purple berry bush? You'll be sick for 4-5 days after eating one of those! Oh, a ginger root! It's underground, Cyclone. But I can smell it's strong scent. Great for stomach aches. And look at this-!" Avalon jabbered about, zig-zagging across his path to point out "interesting" herbs.
Cyclone sighed and let her talk on and pretend he was listening. He looked around him at the forest. Lots of trees. He looked up, expecting to see the sky. But he only saw more leaves and branches. Nothing like the savannah he used to live at. Wide, open spaces. Less trees so he could run full out. See the sky...He crashed into Avalon's back."Hey! Why do you have to-" Cyclone stopped short.
Avalon was frozen stiff and was looking ahead through the leaves of a bush. "Look at all those cats! What do you think they're doing here?"
Cyclone walked forward so he was shoulder to shoulder with her. He peeked through the leaves. It was a sunny clearing with cats lounging and chattering. "Wow... where are we?" Cyclone froze. He remembered now. He was running across the grassy field. Free. Free from that zoo. He was speeding across the field when he ran into a snow leopard. That's how he met Avalon several months ago. She had escaped from poachers and the next thing she knew, she was in the meadow! They traveled together. Trying to reach their right homes. Cyclone for Africa, Avalon for anywhere with high snowy mountains. They never made it. They were captured by rich collectors. They were on a boat...the crash. Cyclone winced at the memory. No. He wouldn't do that to himself.
Avalon stood closer to Cyclone. "Cyclone..."
Time to be the leader he always was. Cyclone held his head up high. "Wait here. Don't make a sound. I'll talk to them. Figure out where we are."
"Cyclone!" Avalon said nervously. She never was good at talking to strangers or being left alone in a strange place. Her blue eyes looked at him in fear.
Cyclone turned and nudged her with his head. "Hey, don't worry. I'm good at this stuff. Just wait here, alright?" Without waiting for her response, he walked through the bush and emerged into the clearing (Periot Clearing).

Coretta jumped up at the sight of Cyclone emerging into the clearing. "Newbie!" she shouted in surprise. "I thought the tide was high!" The tide must've been high in that specific area of the Rocky Beach...and they crashed into a different area...I guess that would make sense. But still! Newcomers are newcomers! She padded towards the King Cheetah. "Hi! My name's Coretta! What's yours?" she asked quickly, beaming at him. "Welcome to the Island of Fugitives! Do you want me to give you the grand tour, or do you want someone else to do that, or are you fine on your own?" She was bouncing around by now, happy to have someone to talk to.

Wow. That was basically all Cyclone could think of in that one-second speech Coretta just gave him. That cat almost talks as much as Avalon! Almost. He barely had time to let his jaw drop. He closed his mouth.
"Hello...I'm Cyclone. And...Oh, geez...." Cyclone turned his head and yelled. "Hey, Av! You can come out. It's okay now."
Avalon slowly appeared out of the bushes and walked quietly up to them until she was just slightly behind Cyclone. Her tail was puffed in anxiety as her paws kneeded the ground. "H-hi... I'm Avalon."
Cyclone leaned closer to Coretta and whispered. "Just so you know, she's the most talkative she-cat I know. Once she gets comfortable, she'll talk non-stop to you."
"Cyclone!" Avalon glared at him.
Cyclone leaned back and grinned at her. "Anyway... what is this place? We just woke up from...our shipwreck, I guess..."
Avalon perked up."Yes. Can you, um, show us around a bit? I saw numerous herbs and plants here. I am a little hungry anyways."
Cyclone smiled and nodded. That was almost three full sentences to a stranger. She's not completely hopeless.

Coretta smiled at the two cats. "Nice to meet you two! Didn't I tell ya, we're on the Island of Fugitives! Landing here after a shipwreck does make sense. Yup yup yup." She was still bouncing slightly, not enough to display her ability as a serval to leap extremely high. Though she wasn't sure if Avalon was all that talkative. I think I still hold the title on this island as most talkative, she thought. But anyway... "So what do you want to see first?" the she-serval bubbled. "There's the three forests, the lake, the savannah...ooh, I almost forgot! There's also the big, giant mountain! Do you want to see that first? It's right over there." She nodded her head in the direction of Sentinel Mountain, which was standing as tall as ever.

Avalon liked Coretta. She seemed fun and...like a cub. In a good way though. Coretta seemed the friendly type. Talkative and optimistic.
Avalon looked at Sentinel Mountain. It looked like home! A giant rocky mountain covered in snow! Perfect! Her mind raced with all the herbs she could find up there and along the way. She looked at Coretta. "I want to go to that mountain." She stopped and realized how rude that was. "Sorry...I, well, it's just that Sentinel Mountain really looks like my birthplace and home. I really would like to check it out. If that's okay with you."
Cyclone gazed at the mountain. "Yikes... How high do you want to go up, Av? And it looks freezing up there. Nothing like the savannah."
Avalon sighed and looked at Cyclone with flat ears. "We can look for a warmer place for you. After we check out that mountain."
Cyclone lashed his tail impatiently. "All right, fine."
Avalon held her head high victoriously. She turned to Coretta. "Sorry. Shall we go?"

Coretta nodded at Avalon. "Sure, we can go now. A mountain-climbing we will go!" She turned to Cyclone. "Don't worry, we'll find someplace warm. Heck, I KNOW someplace warm. In fact, I hang out there almost all the time! But anyway, we shall go to Sentinel Mountain! Yup yup yup! This way, please! Follow me through the Forest of Fire." She padded into the coniferous forest, towards the mountain in question. She occasionally glanced back to see that the two cats were following her. Finally, she reached the base of Sentinel Mountain. "So this is Sentinel Mountain," she explained. "As you can see, it's a big, giant mountain. It's called Sentinel Mountain because it's like the island's Sentinel, NOT because of the Sentinels of the pride like climbing it! That is a very common misconception. Anyway, there's some trees once you climb up it, alpines after that, and then just sheer cliff. No cat has ever reached the summit. So, Avalon, how far do you want to go up? 'Cause I'm not exactly one for mountain climbing..." She glanced up and down the mountain, letting her voice falter.
