It's extremly unfair to them either way. You need at least 3 angel advents for it to be worth a rat from what I've heard.

But isn't the gap between advent tiers one 09 rare? If it is and I remembered correctly, I'd say it's unfair to the bwolves ^^; If I remembered incorrectly, I apologize.
