Flora rolled her eyes and lay down again, her fur flat. "Just stop flirting with every female, ok?"

Xavier shook his head, "I wouldn't let you leave." he muttered.

Konae:
"So, your saying you would leave me behind for questioning by Lucero and my stupid brother?" She snorted. The last person she wanted to think about right now was her brother. He didn't understand her. He never would. Her eyes were gazing at nothing, just staring blankly in front of her as she remembered that her brother was there for her when she needed him the most. Images flashed through her mind. Hunters, her mother's bloody fur, and Shotecha was there. But not anymore.

Xavier sighed slightly, "I wouldn't want to, but if I was to go back to the pack, and you were with me, what would stop them from letting us stay? If I left you behind, at least I'd know you were safe, with the protection of the pack," he replied softly. "If I let you go with me, what would I do if something happened to you because I couldn't protect you, or if you wouldn't be able to return to the pack?"
