Clumsy
As being a child, Akela is pretty clumsy. She hasn't really learned how to land when she is flying, and often crash into windows and such. She doesn't care though, she just starts to laugh when it happens, and I think that is just because she loves to make people smile.

Childish
Akela is pretty childish. It doesn't seems like she can be serious, if it even was for a minute! She loves to play and have fun.

She is very curious. She really loves to explore things and different areas and she wants to know everything about everything! So watch your tounge, if you don't want thousands of questions from her.

Akela loves to mimic animals, mostly birds. Which means if she hears a bird sining; she will sing along and learn how to copy that sound perfectly~
She also loves to dance. Making pirouettes and such when she is flying: which most of the time results her crashing into something or someone.

Ammolitia (ah-moh-lie-shee-ah) - based off the gemstones ammolite, which shines in the spectrum of colors that reflects in her plumage.

I envision her personality much like an intelligent hummingbird. Flighty, busy all of the time - it always seems like she's eating. I suppose I don't mind that my house is as bug-free as it is, but maybe I wanted to have butterflies in my garden, eh, Ammolitia?
...she just gave me the puppy-dog eyes.
She's the type of shy that makes you want to hold her close and cuddle her and protect her from the world, but that comes with a cost: a painful naivety that can be dangerous at times. She also acts somewhat spoiled at times and while she does get what she wants often, I think that she's realized (with time) that throwing a fit or acting out is far less likely to earn her any type of reward.
She has a special friendship with Delyth and it goes both ways. You can often find the two Runes together in my sunroom, just listening to quiet New Age music and enjoying the peace. Ammolitia is so small and Delyth is so much larger that it's a heart-warming sight.

Why do you wish to have him/her:

It's been a long time since a baby Rune attracted me like she does. Her jewel-like brilliance is akin to a hummingbird and I have a special place in my heart for the wonderously-tiny creatures. To me, they symbolize hope, celebrating life, and perseverance, no matter how big or small you are. If you have seen the movie Benjamin Button, then you would understand what I mean. I don't know how small she is, but she would be a welcome addition to my multi-sized family.

Where will you keep him/her:
In a pillowed hanging basket above the bed, so she can act as a little live nightlight when the evenings get too dark!

Would you like to breed him/her in the future:
If she were to suddenly grow, perhaps. For now, we both enjoy her youth.

Likes:
~ Music featuring pan pipes and xylophones.

~ Bright colors like her own plumage, but especially the color orange. Monarch butterflies are her absolute favorite bug to chase.
~ Mud puddles. There's something about the cool squish between her toes. Plus, I think she likes the oxymoron of having beautiful plumage covered in muck.

Dislikes:
~ Heavy winds, because she gets buffeted about.
~ Windows. She can't seem to figure out when they're open or closed and has run into them too many times. They're also a torture if she's stuck inside and can't get out.
~ Winter. Well, it's not that she truly dislikes it, but it eats at her to see the world go grey and lose its greenery. No bugs to hunt either!

This little darling's name is Unataki, which means 'Wish' in Swahili! Her nickname would be... wait for it... Taki! How cute is that?

Personality:
.:Laughter:.
A very bright and cheerful rune, with a love of making others laugh. She always is trying to make Runes smile, whether it be fanning her shimmering feathers in front of their faces, making a face, or even just giving them a warm hug. Her laugh is most definately contagious. Why, just yesterday, I was walking in and I heard a snort from over yonder. And, of course, there sat Tien. Tickling the tiny rune with an outstretched feather, no less. Suddenly I found myself laughing just as hard, watching the older dragon chase the giggling Taki around the room!

Her bright violet eyes give away her mood easily, although she never lets the strong feelings inside show. She rarely crys in front of anyone, although her father is the exception. He's her rock, the one she looks up to, and the only one she can talk to about her problems. When she's upset, she brings him away from the prying eyes of everyone else, curls up under his wing, and lets herself finally cry. Her wings slump, her head hangs, and sobs rock her small form. After a long while, she'll lift her head and bury it in her

Taki is extremely loving, with a big heart and so much love to go around. She's never one to turn away a hug, and is always willing to brighten others days. She's always warm and gentle with just about everyone, and is quite modest.

Headstrong? Taki? No way! ~Sarcasm~
If there were ever a headstrong rune, it would be Taki. She'll keep up her charm on others, until she can get them to smile. This can go on for hours, and hours on end, before she realizes a rune CAN'T smile, be it the shape of their face, or something else. If it's just a grumpy rune who doesn't prefer to smile, watch out. She'll get even a small flicker of a smile out of the most difficult runes.

Why do you wish to have him/her:
I've only had this close of a draw to one other rune... And that was Tien. She's just so original, and her personality is so close to mine. She's curious, headstrong, and hides her sorrows from those around her, so much like myself I knew with one look... I had to have her. She's like no Rune I've ever seen before, and I can see myself going so far in my journey with her! She would be the baby of my group, the little one with so much hope and love to go around.

I'm in the -slow- proccess of creating a character thread (Band ends in 11 days, so then I'll be a lot more active on CS, and hopefully I can finish it! She's most definately go in my signature (Once I get a picture rotater), my drawings, my sketchbook, all over my schoolwork, and above all; My heart. :3

I would love to breed her, that is, if I can be fast enough to get a growing slot AND a breeding slot. XD

Any Quirks:
Taki is extremely ticklish, and will snort when you make her laugh hard enough. She tries to hold it back, but ends up letting out an even louder snort instead, making her laugh even harder!

This little Rune has a terrifying case of Claustrophobia. She can't stand small and enclosed spaces, and will quake with fear if such occurs. Her eyes will dull, her wings will droop, and she lowers her head as she tries to take up as little space as possible in the enclosure.

Other:
If I didn't have the end of band this week, I would have gladly done as many amazing pieces of artwork to the best of my ability! I wish everyone luck, and I hope she goes to a good home!
