I tried bidding on 2 Ornament PPS (my dream pet!) owned by the same person, and both times the auction never went forward. I even warned them I would pull out if the thread wasn't tended to (I had been waiting a month). The thread hasn't been bumped for, say, 3 months? xp

Auctions irk me period. Look at the May lion. I figured it would be nice to have a spare one or two of them. That way when/if new ones come out, I have an older lion of the same value to swap. Yeah, forget about bidding in one of those auctions. Everyone wants and arm and a leg.

I hate it when you bid, even far more then what the pet is worth and someone pops on and bids less and gets the higher bid because its a friend of theirs.

Agreed. I got a May Lion for free. And then traded it for a Rare Halloween '08 Cat x3 Isn't it supposed to turn Very Rare soon? /off topic

I want to participate in an auction, but the end date is almost seven weeks from now, and the auctioneer threatened to extend it another month if they don't like the bids. Seriously?! I have the petty hope no one bids, and they're left extending the auction for months

I got mine for a couple horses and a common dog. They were happy. I was happy.

I don't care for the lion much at this stage, but my little daughter loves it, so in the end, I got a fair trade and I can always just give it to her.

My rant is the ridiculous auto-wins on most of them. I don't mind it being a little above what you're auctioning, but no, I will not give you a sun dog for your pps from this year. Sorry. That is not reasonable, and I sort of want to thwap your ear for suggesting it is reasonable.
