Its not only NYC or New York in general but all of the East coast. Right now, Sandy is breaking land on Maryland, with wind and rain expected to get worse as the night drags on. Many people without power already. The storm is already hitting the surrounding states with wind and rain as well, but that is just the outlying part of the storm. The worst is yet to come. I've already seen trees down and have friends and family without power already. Please, everyone on the east coast and anywhere being effected by Sandy, stay off the roads, stay inside, and BE SAFE!
