"When I get tears or punctures in my skin it will give me a sharp pain that doesn't last long. The main issue is that when my skin is torn, my extremely sensitive bones are exposed, and sometimes hurt like a toothache. Also, alchohol is extremely corosive on my skin. So generally, pain is not quite as terrible as expected. But it still hurts most the time."
