Upon first introduction, many would tell you that Ryuu isn't the most social MDF out there in the mountains. However, he does have his moments when he does take in the companionship of another though it isn't something that happens often. Mainly he's solitary, lackadaisical, centralized, a little arrogant, confident/cocky, show-offish, attentive and quite credulous. Ryuu's credulousness is actually a good thing as it prevents him from being the type that is very uptight or knows no such thing as fun. He knows his limits when it comes to certain others which is why this part of his personality takes a while to show over the other traits. Another thing about this king is that queen MDF's aren't exactly his main interest. A little odd, yes, but they just never really pull in his attention too much compared to the thing of just wanting to have a temporary companion. Now don't get him wrong, he does have an attraction to the but it's not exactly strong enough in the beginning parts of their introduction to one another. There does exist a bit of tension when their is another king MDF involved but Ryuu isn't exactly the harsh or assailant type to just go head first into a fight, unless a proper reasoning for such actions is required. During which time, he relies mainly on throwing his weight around to get the upper hand if his rival is smaller than him.

By now you can probably figure out that Ryuu is what you would call the docile type, never really doing crazy things such as daredevil actions or fighting just for the fun of it.That's really all there is to him. A semi open book that is easily read without the need for a translator.

Personality: He is a calm, laid back, and friendly male mountain dragon feline. He loves to watch fish and play with other MDF's, but his favorite thing is to either hunt moving things or chase his tail. So he's pretty silly and goofy at times but most of the time he's resting or meeting other MDF's!

Erel is very solitary, and prefers to be on his own. If he is in a group, though, he likes to be the leader. He will lead the group into battle constantly, though, which is why he prefers to stay alone. He loves to spend his days sitting atop a large boulder, sunning himself. He is a fairly good hunter, and isn't too scared of not being able to get something to eat. If one is able to befriend him, he becomes extremely loyal and protective.

MDF's name: Umber ~ One of the many enticing colours of rust

Personality: With age comes wisdom, something this Mountain Dragon Feline has an abundance of. He is a fountain of knowledge among his species, though he is reluctant to share. Throughout his lifetime he has painstakingly perfected the art of hunting. Stalking with soft silent steps, thirsting for his kill. His ambush is precise and sudden. The prey unaware of it's impending doom.
If you are unlucky enough to come face to face with Umber (which i sincerely hope you are not) you will discover a sinster secret in his cold glass eyes. Much like the rusty colour of his markings Umber is a murderer, but he kills elegantly. He is the arch seducer, the decay is long and leisurely, as if he enjoys the gradual decline of his victims. Relishing the contrast of auburn blood on his snow white fur.
The rust like patches on Umber's coat can also be a portrayal of his age. Having attained 50 of an average 60 MDF years, Umber has undeniable entered into the autumn of his life.

"It is autumn; not without But within me is the cold. Youth and spring are all about; It is I that have grown old."

While having great wisdom and brutality, rust is slowly beginning to claw it's way across Umber's flesh exposing his age and an underlying vulnerability.

This MDF's burnt orange markings immediately reminded me of rust. Some consider rust to be ugly and old, but i find it strangely beautiful. The vast awray of colour that seeps into and envelopes iron, representing the old age and death of something. It fascinates me <3

Personality: Telephus is a funny MDF, he is friendly and kind hearted. Despite his large size he is very gentle around those smaller than him. However if threatened or attacked he does not hesitate to turn and fight back tooth and nail. He has a good stretch of territory but his favorite place is a large boulder the sits on the edge of a pond where he likes to sun himself and gaze into the water. He also loves hunting, even if it is a nessasity, the thrill of the hunt, speeding along after prey, he just loves it.
