I to be honest, did not read the whole conversation about this but I suppose I read enough. Seatala your art is wonderful, and you should be proud of that. Even if you're not an artist anymore atthe JMD's doesn't mean it's over. There are plenty of others adoptables that are looking for fine artists like you. From experience I know I'm not truly the best artist. I used to have such simple designs that no one payed a second glance to. But you know how I improved? I went for competions out of my comfort zone to practice, I entered so many contests it was hard to keep track when they ended and were being judged. I never won any until recently, maybe a few months ago. And that design, the desin that one second place in that very hard contest amoung so many great artists was one I took time on and worked and worked until I was pleased.
This is my first time posting here on the JMD fanclub, and I haven't rped here either. I have one JMD in my heart and love her dearly. I don't have any RL friends on here either, so I just do my business and try to do it nicely and fun. I haven't entered any compitions again until now. You know why? Because my creative outlet went completly flat. I had no ideas, I kept scraping my work, I couldn't draw, couldn't design nothing! My artshop no one has ordered from in awhile, makes menwonder if my art is good enough as well. I don't often get encouraging words and I just can't say enough that practice makes perfect and things shouldn't get you down. Don't worry I understand how you feel, when something doesn't go right or you think you've worked so hard but dont win. I've had those feelings, bit that just tells me 'you're not trying hard enough'.
