I didn't say all Christians hated science, just the ones I knew did, as they didn't accept most of it. Such as evolution.

Okay, but "science" is a very broad term. Hating evolution is one thing, but science... That's like saying you hate ice cream because you dislike pumpkin flavored ice cream.

I keep hearing it from people, though. Near-verbatim. I don't even know what's going on, but it does make me want to momentarily roll off my bed and weep on the floor at the sorry state of the world.

Apparently too many people think the whole evolution controversy (WHICH THERE SHOULDN'T EVEN BE, MIND YOU. But that's another thread.) equates to all christians hate all science. All of it. Forever and ever amen.

And then I cry. A whole lot.

Yes, but the ones I know do for the most part seem to hate science as a whole, more than evolution, because most of it they don't agree with, or they kind of tune it out because of one thing they don't agree with. That was just an example something though.
