Nope he came out October 19th. It's so strange...what they did. I'm still shocked. VY2v3 has 2 voicebanks, Standard and Falsetto. It gives him a larger range than in the old one. The bad thing is, say you wanted him to sing in a higher pitch, you'd have to switch to the Falsetto VB. Standard really only handles lower notes. What about midrange? I really don't think that many will like this change. Plus he handles differently than the old bank. Ehh his voice still freaks me out. I swear he sounds almost completely female in Falsetto. But YAY DUBSTEP. +1 song to the lack of Vocaloid dubstep songs.

Did my research and just for the VB's it's 9,800 yen or $122.73
For the Starter Pack(means it comes with the full Vocaloid editor) it's 17,800 yen or $222.73
You need 3G of hard disk space and 200MG or more of free disk space.

I almost screamed in horror. And they always base the append design off the original one. I just REALLY hope that they stuck to the silhouette they showed over a year ago and just got rid of the transparent scarf. If not I'll want to put a stake in some fans because it'd be their fault that they decided to just give him a "facelift" and not much of a redesign at all just because of a dang scarf. Geez. But srsly DEM BOOTS. Dat epic pose. Fingerless gloves. Rolled up sleeves. I LOVED IT ;A; Now I think they really did get rid of it.
