the Baby JMD population went down because it was getting crazy out of hand >.<
the baby JMDs had mates almost immediately after being born >-> which is gross cuz' to me they're still newborns
so a rule was created limiting the growth rate of baby JMDs & all JMDs to like 2 weeks a wait before being allowed to even apply for a breeding :3
