Emerald growled. "All I did was visit." She padded to her den. 'If I'm not accepted her and I'm not accepted at white nightling's....should I go lone?' She pondered. But soon decided to leave it alone.

Dusk shook his head. "Nevermind." He said and started to head back. His whole body ached, and his head hurt, making him want a nap ever more. He ruffled his coat and stopped, seeing Rookie. "Hey Rook, I need a report on recent activity while I was..gone." Dusk said, ears back a bit.

"Nothing has really happened, although I have seen some... development between Vesper and Cody's relationship." Rookie said, smiling at the thought of the two becoming more than just friends. "If you don't mind me asking, where exactly did you go?" Rookie asked curiously.

Meta rolled his eyes at Emerald's growl. He thought she had left... Was she going to stay or what? Meta asked himself, but then quickly killed the thought and went back to guarding the camp.

Dusk chuckled and shook his head. "Those two.." He blinked at Rookie's question. "I was..taken." He said, brushing past her. "I'll tell you back at camp, if Hail gets wind of this I'm doomed." Dusk said with a light chuckle.

Cody heard what Rookie said but didnt show it. He nodded to his beta before padding into the forest. They needed food, it was getting close to winter so the prey would be getting scarce. He picked up a scent of a raccoon. It was a long shot, but perhaps it was injured or not patying attention.

Bronte growled but didnt say anything. she walked along the border of the territory. She sat down by a little stream that runs along the border, weaving in and out. Bronte sat and listened.

Rookie smiled and followed Dusk. "Alright, I can wait. I wouldn't want you to be doomed." Rookie said as they walked back towards the camp.

Dusk smiled and nudged her with his shoulder. "That's nice to know." He said, trotting the rest of the way towards camp.

Vesper reluctantly turned and started back to the dens. Halfway back she stopped abruptly. Maybe she would go get a drink. Some river water sounded very good to her scratchy throat. Picking her way across the gnarled roots of the elm trees she skirted a thornbush and plunged her muzzle into the cool water of the stream that fringed the border. Then she waded in. Thick mud clung to her pads as she prodded the smooth pebbled lying in the shallows.

Sauver narrowed his eyes. "No promises," he replied curtly to Emerald, though he doubted she had heard him for she stalked away almost immediately. Shrugging, he wondered whether he should follow and instead trotted away into the forest. He hadn't scouted for a while, and patrolling made him feel as if the pack were safer although he knew an average brute just walking in circles around the dens didn't make much difference to their safety. He didn't like thinking that way though, so he set off and began humming the tune he had made up several days ago, the last time he had been on duty. "Loping, loping round and round

Rookie chuckled and quickened her pace to match Dusk's, when they entered the camp she looked over at Dusk to see if he would answer her question in front of other wolves or if he would like the other wolves to not hear him and her talk.

"I was taken by humans..." Dusk started, before quickly launching into the story of how he was shot, drugged and brought back to the human's camp where he passed out. When he woke up, he was back in the meadow. "I had no idea they were that close." He said with an irritated growl.
