Finding the Sun (Canine RP)

A low growl rumbled in Ayet's throat, and he took a step closer. "You have ten seconds to release her, or I will make you release her. So help me Lord Sun, I will send you to Death without a jaw." The male barked, his head hanging lower to match the wolf's gaze. He braced his muscles for a fight, and began counting down. Ten.... Nine.... Eight....

A smile spread accross Demon's face. seven... six... five... he thought staring back threats at Ayet. Chee's squealing become more desperate as she strained her eyes to look at Ayet, her eyes wide as she begged for help.

Niko watched the fight with mild interest. Demon would lose, he had the whole pack against him. The fighters all seemed tense, and Niko found herself flexing her muscles in preperation to protect her alpha. Shaking her head, she walked by Demon on her way to the edge of the forest. "Drama queen." She said tersely as she passed him. They really should head towards the clearing. If they were in the forest more demons would come.

Ayet nodded, and let out a howl, signaling the pack to gather. "We will be making camp a short distance from here; where we can rest and gather our strength. We have another long 'day' of traveling and fighting ahead, and I need all of you to be at your fullest. Demons could be lurking around every tree." He said in a loud voice, making sure everyone heard him. He wasn't planning on getting much sleep tonight, though. He still had to figure out where they would be going first. He liked the idea of a cave though...

Also, I'd like to introduce you all to... Death! I think I got him the way I want him. He doesn't have a definite species; he takes on many different animal's forms. Anyway, since we will be running into him sometime in the future, I decided to draw him

Edito: Trackers and Healers are all full up (Horese_lover, i had to change Timid Dart to being a fighter because of that ^^;). Should I add more ranks, or increase the limits? Or should I just close this, and not accept anymore? ANNNNND a few people have already come to me with plot-twist ideas. We'll be having those evil seeds planted pretty soon. If you think of one, and you want to do it, then message me first so I can okay it. I don't want crazy stuff happening and totally sidetracking us. Ayet might have to bite someone's ear off.... And no one really wants that, do they? ]]

Ayet's eyes narrowed, and he sighed. "You're really going to make me do this, aren't you?" He said, narrowing eyes as he counted down. Four... Three... Two... If he didn't drop it now, Ayet would attempt to lunge at the wolf, and pin him to the ground in the first few seconds of the battle. However, he doubted it would be that easy. Demon was a skilled fighter.

Myst's eyes widend in horror as Demon attacked Chee. He was about to rush into battle, but Ayet began to handle the situation. He had never trusted or even liked Demon ever since the Sun had disappeared. A low growl rumbled threateningly in his throat as he stood behind the leader. All of his muscles were bunched and his gaze sharp, he would hold back, for now...

Haru squeaked a little as Demon attacked Chee. He began to shiver, the pack was so extremely tense ever since the Sun had been taken away from them. He hung back, his eyes focused on the horrible scene in front of him. Ayet will handle it. he assured himself. Suddenly, he noticed Niko was beginning to walk away towards the clearing Cloudburst had explained. "Wait for me!" he called, desperately wanting to get out of here. Quickly gathering the few herbs he had gathered, he began to bound after Niko.

Toko weaved through the other wolves, half-growling at those that were in the way. He finally reached Ayet and stood shoulder-to-shoulder with his friend, in disbelief at Demon's stupidity. He snarled harshly, flecks of salavia landing on Demon and Chee. I'll stand by you Ayet, he thought to himself, ready to tear someone apart.

August hung back, her jaw wide as Demon got ready to attack Chee. Her muscles were bunched beneath her, and she knew that Demon didn't have a chance. That doesn't mean we'll all come out safe though, she thought, Dear Sun, I hope it doesn't come to unecessary fighting...

Demon chuckled as his thoughts hit one. he then dropped Chee who landed with a pained whine on the ground at his paws. Weak! he hissed quitely to himself as he turned and began trotting after the others as if nothing had happened.

Chee's fur was streaked with tears as she looked over at Ayet with stressed eyes. "T-Thank you!" she barked wincing at how high pitched her voice was. "You put yourselves all in danger..." she whispered, Her eye brows raised in alarm as her adrenaline continued to race.

Niko flicked her tail in annoyance at Demon. A puppy prank. She paused to let Haru catch up to her, and any other wolf who was nearby, then headed into the trees. She knew the general direction the place was, and there was no doubt Ayet would catch up and lead them soon. He was a good leader, but sometimes he got side-tracked by small things. This whole ordeal was going to make the pack agitated, and they needed someone calm around them to calm them down. She looked at Ayet and Demon thoughtfully. They were almost like brothers. And Chee and Haru were also similar to each other. She noted how the pack was either quick to fight, or quick to flee. They needed the sun.
