I smiled slightly and tucked a loose strand of her hair behind her ear. "You're the most beautiful girl I've ever met, and I want to be with you for a very long time, Crys. I know what I did was wrong, but I promise it'll never happen again" I said softly, gently slipping my hand into hers and lacing our fingers together.

At first Crystal was tempted to pull her hand away and tear his heart out, like he did all those years ago to her, but she sighed softly.
