"Hey, has anyone seen Dusk lately? I'm getting worried about him." Rookie confessed as she looked around, smelling the air for any sign of the alpha who had been gone for awhile.

"Listen, I was in the field, sleeping, when I was shot." Dusk hurriedly explained. "I don't remember what happened, except that humans took me back to their camp and when I woke up, I was back in the meadow." Dusk looked at her, head to paws. "What's happened between the packs?" Dusk asked, acting more like an alpha now.

Goldpaw slowly calmed down. His explanation seemed truthful, which meant there was nothing to worry about. That smell though...
She coughed for a second before replying. "Uh...I don't know...actually...."

Emerald plotted whether she wanted to join white-nightling's or whether she wanted to stay in her pack...maybe she would just visit...

Dusk flicked an ear. "And help me get rid of that nasty smell." He growled to himself, nose twitching at the stench of humans.

Emerald slipped out of a hole in her den which faced the woods. No one could see her leaving. Once at the white nightling's she let out a small bark letting them know she meant no harm.

Cody heard the bark and snarled. He went and faced her, " What are you doing here?"

Dusk's ears shot up hearing a bark. "Oh no you don't." He snarled before flopping into the dirt quickly to rub off the scent before going towards the bark, a snarl ready on his tongue. Dusk slid to a stop, seeing Emerald. "What do you want?" He asked, tone harsh and tail up.

"I mean no harm." She stood tall but in a subbmissive manner. "I was wondering if i could i join your pack?"

Dusk flicked an ear, looking at her dully. "Why?" He asked, looking at the white female head to toe. Dusk was tired and cranky, not in the mood to deal with new-comers at the time.
