Vanessa-Jay's Giant Octopus was just born. She is cold, lonely, and will get sick soon without any food. Baby wants to grow up big and strong some day and just needs a little help getting started.

Oceana smiled, sitting on the branch of the tree. She laid her palm on the bark and slid her hand down the rough "skin" of the tree. She closed her eyes, letting herself get lost in the beauty and perfect-ness of nature. The young girl was inexperienced, immature, not ready for quests yet, unlike most of her kind. Oceana sighed, laying her head on the tree.
A cough interrupted her thoughts.
She looked down. Standing under the tree was a boy. A young man of 18. Oceana sighed, looking at the boy.
"Andrew," she said, looking up at the leaves, determined not to let him take her over again. "You know we can't be together. Angels and Vampires...it's just not in our nature. Mother Earth doesn't allow this--"
"Kind of relationship between these two species. We both know that the two sides are almost to the point of war. If this continues, there will be a battle. We would not be allowed to be near each other's presence again." Andrew finished her speech. Oceana sighed again.
"Come down here," Andrew prompted her. Oceana hesitated, then shook her head and jumped gracefully down to the ground. She looked into Andrew's eyes. His blue, sparkling, beautiful eyes...
No, Oceana thought, looking away. Control yourself.
Andrew's cold hand lifted her chin towards his face. Once again, Oceana was taken by Andrew's odd individuality. Although he was Vampire, supposed to be horrid and fearful, he always seemed perfect and beautiful to Oceana. Then again, they had known each other since childhood. Oceana was swept back in time, remembering herself lying in her bed as a seven year old. The dark figure of Andrew, younger then, had stood there in her room, just...watching her.
"Oceana." Andrew's voice snapped her back to the real world. She looked up into his eyes again.
