Finding the Sun (Canine RP)

Chee stared down at the bear. Her amber eyes scanning it with scornful interest. What a horrid looking thing... she thought to herself then turned her head to the thick canopy of trees. Is there even such think as sun light anymore? she thought again shifting from one amber paw to the other. Her muscles rippling under her rare spotted coat. She was smaller then the other wolves or half breeds like herself. she didn't even know what breeds she consisted of.
"I think we should be moving now. The scent of blood is heavy in the air and where there is one demon, there are more." Fern's voice echoed in her head as she swiveled her ears around to look at the leader and Strategist. She admired the smart strategists and there strong knowledge of things.
"I agree," she barked quitly dipping her head respectfully as she sat down making herself part of the circle.

August watched as some of the other wolves went and examined the demon bear as well. At least I'm not the only one, she thought, Maybe others feel the same way I do, I really should be making more of an effort to get closer to these other wolves... Sighing, the she-wolf stood up and stretched, eager to get moving. Her stomach growled, and suddenly a thought occured to her. Speaking up for once in her life, she quietly said, "How and what are we going to hunt?"

Ayet nodded to Fern, thought for a moment. "Let's look for a body of water. A stream or lake of some kind. It will reflect the moonlight, which will hopefully keep the demons at bay for a while." He looked down at himself, his fur plastered with demon-blood. "And I'd like to get this blood off of me." He smiled faintly - it was hard to really grin anymore. Some wolves could still joke around and play occasionally, but the disappearance of the Sun had shocked most, so that they seldom joked. "Haru, Myst! Are you ready to leave?" The male asked, standing up and looking over at them. He hoped they were done treating the pack, but they could wait for a few moments longer if needed. Meanwhile, he looked around to see what direction had greener vegetation; hoping that he would be able to guess which way had a body of water near it.

Cloudburst said "Ayet, the place I spoke of earlier has a stream, it's not big, but the area is secluded by the rocky hills that surround it. Or, on the way back I found a place that's very open but there's a lake to reflect the moonlight and some soft moss to get some sleep on. It's your choice where we go." As she waited his decision, Cloudburst fantasized about what life would be like when and if the sun came back.

Brillo looked around, suddenly tired. He really wanted to get moving, and was trying not to let the thought of demons creep him out. He couldn't wait to find a new place to settle so he could get some sleep. He walked over to August. "August, do you know when we're going to move on?" he asked impatiently.

"I think the clearing with the lake by it would be best. There would be less shadows there. And the moon would reflect off the still water better." Ayet decided. "Well then! Lead the way, Cloudburst." He said, smiling again. He was happy to know where they were going; he felt more like an actual alpha now... Suddenly, he remembered the healers. "Er, that is if the healers are ready." He said, looking around for them.

((Derp derp! I missed so much, but I read it all, so I won't be annoying by asking for a recap. ^^))

Twitching his nose in slight disgust, Anwell sniffed and padded forwards. He made no comment prior to the smell, because he was going to have to smell even more of it down the track.
"Ayet, I have arrived. Is the rest of the pack ready?" He asked, nodding his head quickly. "I understand the demons have infested this place more than we thought, and in all due respect, I advise to make no haste in fleeing the area once the healers have arrived," he mumbled, lowering his stance a little.
Anwell looked around at everyone else; all were glancing around the forest. He couldn't see it directly, but to Anwell, everyone was worried. In his mind, he imagined a demon jumping out of nowhere just as they were about to go. But that was just him, even though the tense air made that dream more likely to happen.

Personality: Demon is aggressive and ill tempered. He will fight to prove his strength and to defend his pride. Demon will often put himself before the pack and has been known to be untrust worthy and daring. He hates being told what to do and only tags along with others for the benifits.
History: Demon was once a young and noble wolf named Loyal when the sun was around. But as the sun vanished something in him snapped and his heart began to fester and warp. After a demon killed his pups and mate he snapped.

((Sorry this is a bit...short. I have writer's block...it has cursed me for like the past three days.))
Timid Dart watched from afar, shocked. That had been something she had wished to miss throughout her entire life. The shy wolf was not daring enough to approach, so she remained in the background. This was nothing compared to what she had seen. Dart remembered fondly the sun. It had been a pain, yes, and had heated her pelt uncomfortably, but being without it was worse. She sighed, knowing time was running out. Animals could only live so long without sunlight. The plants would die, prey would die...and eventually, she would too.

"Well alright, if you think I should lead. As soon as everyone's ready, we'll leave?" Cloudburst looked out to where the others were, doing their own thing, and waited for Ayet to call everyone together so they could move out.
