Bronte spotted her alpha and blushed. She padded over to him and smiled, " Hello Storm." She wagged her tail happily.

Storm wagged back. "Hey. It's a relief to see somebody doing something other than fighting," he said. He stretched and sat down.

Bronte nodded and sat down in front of him. " Tell me about it, cant they be happy with the ranks they have? They should be happy their even in the pack." She said before bronte could stop herself. As the wind came she lifted her head and left the breeze moving through the air. But the leaves wouldnt dance for her.

Hailstorm sighed. If only the rest of the pack could have the same mentality. He glanced at Bronte. "I think you could handle beta position, couldn't you? If you'd rather not, that's fine..."

Bronte smiled, " I would love to be beta. Thank you." She wagged her tail a little, and the leaves began to dance around her and Storm. Bronte shook out her fur.

Hailstorm nodded and smiled. "Good. Then go take care of the fight. Let's see what you can do...beta." He motioned with his head to where noises of battle were coming from.

Bronte nodded and went over to the fight, she got right in the middle and sat down. " You two wolves are indescribable. Fighting for ranks that neither of you are fit for. In fact, I think it would be a good idea for you two to leave. Since obviously you cannot handle getting along. The pack has more important worries to think about that you two stupid wolves fighting for a rank none of you should have! So I suggest you get your acts together or i will personally escort both of you out." She spat, looking between them. Bronte eyes narrowed and everything in that moment was still, it seemed even time had stopped.

Hailstorm's mouth curved into a half smile and his eyes shone gleefully. From his place at the edge of the woods, he could see that Bronte could hold her own against these two components.

Emerald felt his teeth connect with her scruff. She bit down harder trying to get him to let go. Sadly she was interupted by Bronte. "This does'nt concern you." She growled. "Like I care whether im in a pack or a loner."

Hailstorm snarled and leaped onto Emerald, tackling her to the ground and pinning her there. As all alphas have more weight than the rest of the pack, he was stronger and larger.
"Then why are you trying to become Sentinel? If you don't care, I don't think you'll care enough about the pack to perform your rank duties as a sentinel responsibly. So either treat my beta with respect or high-tail it out of my territory." His voice was filled with anger and authority. His ears were as forward as they could be and his tail high.
