Natasha let out a long sigh of relief, finally! The first bell had rang! Now there was another thirty minutes of hell left until she could return to her comfort zone with Moonlight... As Natasha glanced at the window once more the surprising figure of two figures much like Connor and Eagle seemed to slowly gallop over to the Fox trail. Lilian leaned over to Natasha, "Is that Aiden and Emma?" She whispered. Natasha nodded. "Girls?" Jackie had seen them talking, "What are you looking at?" Before Natasha could let Jackie see the students beaking she quickly replied, "Sorry Jackie, I just got distracted by the, ehh , Cross Country class outside!" Jackie just looked at her weirdly and said, "Pay more attention..." Before turning back to the board. The two girls giggled together before getting back to work.

When Jackie had her back turned to the class Natasha got out her phone and began to text Emma ;

Moonlight smiled to Eagle as she walked out of the stables. After Connor left Moonlight lay her head back down and began to doze back off to sleep, Finally Peace!

Aiden trotted out of the stables before going into a slow gallop and catching up to Emma and Eagle at the trail. He let Connor catch his breath and have a a little munch knowing that he was probably hungry. Aiden smiled up at Emma before speaking, "We shouldn't take too long, I'll have to return just before the end of class with you to Jackie.. What should we say? You fell on the way back from the nurse and needed to be brought back?" He chuckled after he said this. That means that she would come across as clumsy. When he thought about it, he never really spent much time with Emma out of all the girls in his class.. It was nice to have somebody different and interesting to talk to.

Connor held his head proudly the show off he was as he caught up with eagle and Emma. He bent his head down and began to take chuncks out of the fresh dew sprinkled grass.

Feeling her phone buzz along with Connor's hooves, Emma decided to read the text right before they would go off again. So sitting there, fiddling with Eagle's mane, Emma focused on Aidens words. " Yea.. Tripping sounds just like me, but we could also add ' I couldnt get up for a while ' thing . " Smiling, Emma slid out her phone and read the text. ' You're awesome Natasha. ' Emma thought which automaticly let a smile spread across her face.

You're amazing . Just make sure Jackie doesnt catch you texting, then all three of us will be in trouble. On the other note, yea its alright. If it will stay this sunny after the lessons, Aiden me and you will do this, if thats okay with you.

Quickly sending the text, Emma stuck the phone back into her pocket. Turning her head to Aiden, she began to speak again. " Its Natasha. " Adding a grin, Emma continued. " You doing anything later on ? "

Looking at Connor munching on the grass made her giggle. " Well, now you're glad that i did wake you up after all. Smiling, Eagle continued on nibbling some more.

Natasha's eyes swooped across the classroom at all of the people in her class. Her eyes landed on Ben who was doing his work as usual. He was very intelligent and always looked content and interested in class. She guessed that was why they liked each other so much, since they both get along well with each and most of the teachers. When she felt her phone vibrate again she quickly got it out and read the message from Emma.

Aiden smiled back at her before replying, "Nope, nothing planned for later. Why?" He wondered what she would ask him next. Now that he thought about it, it seemed a little strange, though he knew Emma wasn't that type of girl. He began to walk slowly forwards looking back a bit to see Emma and Eagle life gladly following behind.

Connor muched happily on the grass until he was told to move forward by a light squeeze from Aiden's leg. He took another bite from the soft grass before moving on to a slow and steady pace of a walk.

Chuckling, Emma could guess what Aiden was thinking from his faciual expression. " I was just wondering if you me and Natasha would want to go off for a ride later on. Im sure she is up for it, so Im also free to go.. as long as I make up some excuse for our English. " Laughing a little more, Emma pulled Eagle back gently, for her to lift her head, before asking for her to walk forward. " You think that ' My horse ate my homework ' will work ? " Glancing over at him, Emma let a grin spread across her face. " Or I might just copy off Natasha.. She has it done for sure.. And she is letting me copy down her Science notes, so why not test my chances ? " Sending another smile across her lips, Emma began to focus on not sliding off Eagle, considering that she wasnt wearing the correct thing, nor did she put the saddle on properly..

Frowning for Connor ignoring her Eagle was set off even more. She must answer all of his questions, so.why wouldnt he answer hers ?! Even if they were pointless..

Feeling Emma sliding off, Eagle tried her best at keeping her in place, but there wasnt much she could do.

Natasha flicked her eyes all around the room until Jackie said something that actually meant something to her, "You will all be in pairs to do this project." Natasha wondered who she would be with but before she went of thinking Jackie said, "I have picked your pairs -" Then went of saying all of the pairs. When Natasha's name came up, she was thrilled. She got put with Ben ! He walked up and sat in Aiden's seat. She also heard who Aiden got, surprisingly he got Emma. Natasha smiled to Ben who said a friendly hello to her as he sat down, Natasha couldn't wait to get started now.

He carried on at a faster walk with Connor trying to speed up so they would get back in time to explain themselves. Aiden could see that Emma was sliding a little in the saddle, or was the saddle sliding under her? "Are you OK?" He asked, willing to help if he needed to.

A penny dropped in Connor's eye as he walked on, "Oh yes you asked me something. Sorry I was too tired to notice since I was awoken earlier this morning." A smug grin spread across Connor's face.

Laughing at Aidens comment, Emma's eyes followed him once he speeded up a bit.. What time was it ? But before she could answer her own question, Aiden had asked one. Thinking about the reply, Emma was suddenly thrown off guard with the whole world turning sideways, and Eagle was not helping.

As her body slammed onto the ground, Emma fell on her right shoulder. Even though her eyes were closed in pain, Emma began to laugh and giggle.. Just to do anything to mask up the pain in her arm. The " Ha ha ha ha ha !! " Of her voice seemed go have no end, Emma wouldnt let any human see tears come out of her eyes. No matter what it was, she wouldnt let maskara smudge and for water to run down her cheeks..

Before Emma could get up, she felt Eagle's nose sniffing on her face. Emma began to feel curious weather she was crying or not, but it didnt really seem as if het cheeks were wet.. If something, her teeth were clenched togeather.. " Eagle.. " She mumbled, hoping that she over heared her own shaky voice.

Her owners teeth were digging inti eachother and her eyelids were shut tight, yet her throat was letting out a hysterical laugh, as if she was desperate to make someone laugh.. Yet a faint tone of cry was in it..

Walking over to see if everything was okay, Eagle began to sniff at Emmas face.

Natasha sat with a smile upon her face as she and Ben worked together well. The poster that they were doing was turning out great since her and Ben were rather good at art and the writing wasn't half bad either. She and Ben about all and everything, mostly about their horses but other things too such as grades and teachers, but other than that they were just being pretty normal.

Aiden gasped and then jumped off Connor and tied him to a nearby tree branch before running over to Emma and Eagle. He took Eagles reins just in case and bent down beside Emma, "Are you alright?!" Aiden knew she was laughing but could tell that it must have hurt... "Are you hurt?" He drew ni closer to see if anything bad had happened and lay his hand on her arm. He looked at her sympathetically hoping that she was alright, if she wasn't what would he say if he really had to take her to the nurse?

Connor still had a smug grin on his face as Eagles owner slipped off with her shaking. When Aiden tied him up he snorted and rolled his eyes, she was laughing wasn't she? She couldn't be hurt that badly..

Opening her eyes, hoping not to see a blurry world from her tears, Emma was glad that she was completely dry and tear-less. She grabbed a hold of her right arm with her left palm and mumbled. " Yea, why wouldn't I be ? " Yet after she tried pushing herself off the ground with her hands, something burned her right shoulder and Emma's eyes shut tight again. This time, Emma had to fight the urge to scream and cry.. Cry ? Why was she even thinking that ? ..

Eventually getting up, Emma grabbed a hold of her right elbow and rested it against her left arm which lay flat on her tummy. " Well, this would make it look like I really fell .. " Making her voice as normal as possible, Emma glanced down at her tights. They were ruined. Not only because of the mud, but it had different holes here and there.. Her shorts and top were just covered in dirt, so its not like this could be faked, yet the whole outfit was different than it started off as, so she would not let anyone see her this way.. It was bad enough that Aiden will have this picture of her in his head..

All of this was broke by the endless burning in her arm that kept increasing. It was pretty clear that it was either sprained or broken.. Yet, the pain of her arm was also up a bit from the elbow. So either way, she would need to go to the nurse.. Great. She wanted to skip one class, not all of them ! .. How many notes was she to make now ? ..
Once again, the pain had rushed away all of her thoughts and Emma found herself shutting her eyes tight, this time letting out a slight moan. " Ugh.. I think it would be a good idea to go back now .. " Not daring to meet his eyes, Emma quickly walked over to Eagle and grabbed the blue reigns before taking the lead on walking down the Trail.

Being pulled back, Eagle was glad that Connor's owner was here.. He would take care of her, right ? .. Yet before she could do anything, her eyes wondered off to the stallion. With him having a smile on his face made Eagle even more furious than she already was. If not for Emma, she would be running away right now. How could this stallion be so arrogant and pleased with someone's pain ? .. That's not what you are happy about..

Shaking this away, her eyes wondered back to Emma who now stood tall. Her voice seemed to high, and even though she tried to hide it the best she could, pain could be heard in it. Her voice kept breaking as if she was about to cry, or was after hours of crying.. Now, Eagle felt terrible.. If she wouldn't have shook her mane, Emma would be okay.

So as they both began walking back, Eagle had her head high with eyes locked on the ground.

Aiden stayed by her side just in case any more harm was to come to her. He could here the pain in her voice and wanted to help her so badly, he felt helpless asking stupid questions that he really already knew the answers to, he wrapped and arm around her and walked with her, "Of course, but are you sure you are fine, you look like you must be hurting." Aiden was very worried for her, she wasn't dead but he could sense she was hurt. Aiden put a warm smile on his face and began to speak again, "We could get back faster if we were on horseback, do you think you can ride again? If not I could put you on Con Artist and I could hold Eagles reins." He quickly re-did Eagles saddle position and girth and then rushed back to Emma's side.

Connor began to walk forward behind Aiden with eagle. He felt slightly bad for Eagle now since it was sort of her fault that Emma fell, he would feel the same way... He said before saying, "Hey, what's so fascinating about the ground?" It wasn't nice but it wasn't greatly mean either...

' Is it that obvious ? ' She asked herself. Of course, she had closed her eyes in pain yet.. Why was she so weak ? Other people could put on a grin on their face and do a cartwheel, even if their arm was broken.. Why couldn't she do it ? Why couldn't she just act as if nothing has happened ? .. Thinking of just falling onto the ground to let the tears flood out of her eyes, Emma held tight to the idea of looking normal and strong. Yea, she wanted to just get on and run somewhere were no one else could see her.. Yet, it wasn't possible.. So finally admitting that she needed help, Emma decided to speak up. " Thanks.. " Only able to mumble that out at the moment, Emma knew that if she went blabbing some more she was very likely to cry. So attempting at gathering herself together, she spoke out another shaky sentence. " I don't know.. I can't move my right arm and if I do it hurts... " Taking in a deep breath, she went on. Besides, if i get on it wouldn't change the pace.. You would still be walking.. "

Sending a simple smile, Emma began to set one foot in front of the other again. She was glad that Aiden out of all the boys was with her.. He knew something that considered feelings, something that most of the boys in her class.. In the whole school did not know about.

Snorting just the way she did this morning, Eagle ignored him. He had a smile to start it off with and now he was picking a chat ? What was he thinking in fact ? That she would turn her head and burst into heaps of words and start blabbing about this and that . So with a simple . " Mhm " Eagle hoped that the conversation had came to an end.
