Hi this is my first design on CS I've done so I don't know how good it is or if anyone will like it ... /:
Anyway, I don't really know if I need rules or anything. Just don't use it for profit, don't remove my siggy and keep it on CS. You can do whatever you want with the lines ... There is a second tail if you want to make it a kitty. (: I prefer the 'fox-tail' though.

[ P.S? ] I have no idea why I put the shade thingy on top ... /: Sorry. Don't worry though, obviously it's a removable layer.
