Jessie

Jessica Cornish, aka Jessie J, was born March 27, 1988 in London, England. She wrote her first song, "Big White Room," at age 17. It was about being hospitalized at age 11 and sharing a room with a younger boy who eventually died and of how he prayed to be saved, yet wasn't. She signed a contract with the label Gut Records and toured with a number of high profiled pop, soul, and hip hop artists. However, Gut Records closed their doors before releasing any of Jessie J's music. She was then signed to Lava records and Island records under the Universal 'umbrella.' Then came Who You Are. The Album of 2011 (And the every other year if it was up to me)

I love every single detail about her! From the tattoo on her leg to the stud in her noise. She is a funny, lovable character with an amazing voice (And her riffs...Heaven!)
