As the night of Hallow's Eve draws ever closer, let us gather.

The goal of this group or army so-to-speak, is to gather 100 or more before the end of the month.

But we're not going to let just anyone join in on our little parade now, are we?
Though we have expectations, we welcome all creeps and ghouls of the night- save for a few rules.
