This has been going less than 24 hours, if you can find 3 per hour say for 20 hours that only equals 60... you have over 300, how is this possible?!!!

Ah, that makes perfect sense.
This is my first halloween event on CS, so I'm a little uninformed.

So we share a computer at the moment... and whenever I find a banner, she tells me she needs to find one too. That means I have to log off, and she gets to log on, search for banners... etc. But she doesn't want to trade the tokens for the costumes/pets and instead adds them all to the PPS dog... I asked her why, she said she just wanted to...
She even said that she wasn't very interested in the banner dogs O.o I found that hard to understand.

I can sort of understand her... I'm only interested in two of the banner dogs, and so far I have no interest in any of the trade-in items or pets.
