so i was just curious. do you get the 4 dogs randomly by clicking the trick or treat banner? because i saw it on this forum but i didnt quite understand where they came from

Just refresh at the pound page until the banner pops up, assuming you're not waiting for the timer.

The page is so small that you hardly have to scroll down at all, lol. So you can just keep refreshing until the banner pops up.
