(( oh, really? Thanks freakislyesterday, I'll make sure not to count the song next time. VanillaTwilight, even though you put your username in red, you didn't read the rules. Look over them again. We may start officially now <3))
Xavier groaned, and tossed his head to the side, trying to make his hair go one way. When that failed, he searched the room for a brush of some sort. When he found one, he grinned, and started tugging at all the knots, and snarls, until it was perfectly smooth. Then, he combed it through one last time to make sure it was perfect. When he was done, Xavier put on a satisfied smile, and headed back into his bedroom. Now that that was done, he could pick out his clothes. Xavier walked over to his draws, and went through a large pile of unfolded shirts. When he finally saw one he liked, he put it on, and threw on some jeans and a black belt.
Having to live alone, Xavier didn’t have a mother to cook his meals for him. Luckily for Xavier, he was good at that. He was going to make pancakes. Simple, easy and quick to make. He looked around for the frying pan, and found it sitting on the counter top. He placed it on the stove, and turned it up to medium. Then, he got the already-made batter out of the fridge, and poured three small circles onto the pan. That should be enough. They didn’t take long to make anyway.
When they were done, Xavier took them out, and put them on a plate, then he found his favorite syrup, made specially in Quebec, and pretty much drowned the pancakes. Xavier laughed half-heartedly, then realized since he was the only one here, no one could laugh with him. He sighed, and looked out the window again, and noticed that the sun had finally come out. His eyebrows pulled together in confusion, and he checked the clock. When he saw what time it was, Xavier swore, and dropped his fork; It was 7:45, he had to be at school in fifteen minutes. Xavier wasn’t big on punctuation, but he hated being late for the first day of school. Or the first date, or meeting, or conference, whatever it
might be.
Jack smiled, as he pulled into the parking lot. He had pretty much wasted his entire summer, and it was now time to get serious. He was glad to be back at school. It wasn’t that he liked it, but he didn’t dislike it either. Jack just, didn’t mind it. It was his first day here, well, of this year. Jack was known around this school, he was sure he knew almost everyone’s name. Vice-versa. And that was a good thing for him. He got invited to almost all he parties, and had fun even if they were crappy. Jack assumed that people enjoyed having him there, considering he got labeled as ‘the crazy partier who drinks to much, but fun to get drunk with`’ well, he didn’t drink that much, it was just easy to get him high.
Jack opened his car door, and stepped outside. It was nice to have a cool breeze on a day like today; warm, with a cloudless sky. One of his favorites, one of everyone’s favorites. Who didn’t like a day with sun? Jack smiled brightly and, walked over to the schools entrance, and strolled in. The minute he did so, Jack felt eyes on his back. He turned around, and saw a group of his friends coming towards him, there eyes full of amusement. He called out to them, and received a wave in return. Then, they caught up with him, and started talking about the latest party coming up. Jack was confused. “At my house?” He asked questionably, starting to get annoyed that someone would saying such things. “Yeah, that’s what’s going around at least.” Said a voice somewhere in the crowd. Jack shrugged, he was fine with that. Now he had a party to plan. “So, when is it?” He asked Jake, one of his oldest friends. “Aren’t you supposed to know that?” Jack frowned, but decided to go along with it anyway. “I hope you invite her,” Jake said hopefully, pointing to a girl with white-blonde hair, and a mini skirt. Jack laughed; Jake wasn’t exactly a charmer when it came to women. He was tall, and extremely skinny. He had brown hair that was cut like he might’ve once been in the army. He was looking slightly pathetic right now.
