Butterflight meowed soothing words to try and sooth Maplepaw.

[walk.]

Maplepaw pushed hard and the first kit slid out and Maplepaw sobbed, looking at her first child.

[wolf ;;]

Butterflight looked at the first kit, and she cleaned it.

[walk.]

Maplepaw gasped, through sobs, "What gender is it? What does it look like?!" then she screeched again as the next kit began to come.

[wolf ;;]

"Its a pitch black kit, a tom." Butterflight meowed, and she placed the kit down.

[walk.]

Maplepaw nodded and tensed, pushing again and the next kit slid out.

[wolf ;;]

Butterflight cleaned the nest kit, and her eyes went slightly wide as she looked at the kit, he looked just like her father. "This one is grey, and another tom." She put the kit down.

[walk.]

Maplepaw nodded and took a deep breath and the next kit just slid out.

[wolf ;;]

"Another tom, black and white." Butterflight meowed, and she cleaned the kit before placing her paw softly on Maplepaw's flank. "There is two more."

[walk.]

Maplepaw grinned as the next two kits came out at exactly the same time and mewed, "What about them?"
