Sauver flattened his ears and lowered his tail upon seeing the look on Storm's face. Nevertheless the grayish brown brute brightened considerably. Hunting! They hadn't gone on a pack hunt in ages!

Rookie flicked her ears. "There was another female, but that might of been during Dusk's and Hailstorm's little fight they had." She said, then thought for a moment. "We'll have to report it to Dusk, I don't want to start anything with Hailstorm." She decided, looking at Vesper and Cody.

Meta chuckled as he saw Emerald fall into the hole. "You should really watch where you're going." He growled as he leaped on top of her, holding her down with his paws. "I don't think you're fit to be Sentinel if you trip over small holes like that." He snarled at her, baring his teeth.

"Oh yea.." She pushed against the brute rolling around and ending up pinning him down. "I'm fit."

Bronte ignored the wolves, but finally couldnt help it, " Can you please stop fighting, show a little dignity for yourselves. There are more things we need to worry about than fighting!" She barked.

Cody nodded, " Sounds like a good idea." He looked back toward the river and shook his head, why had a she wolf come onto their territory.

Sure If you plan on making one for long term use, make a form for it. If it's just a one time thing, don't bother.))

Storm nodded, trotting away and waiting for them to follow. His form was more lively than it had been in a while, and his steps were high and bouncy.

Meta growled and shoved Emerald off of him. He shook his pelt and glared at Emerald before looking at Bronte. "This novice thinks she's fit enough to become Sentinel." He said, flicking his tail towards Emerald. He kept an eye on her to see if she would attack him again.

"If you would like, I can go back and tell Dusk, and you two can continue looking at the borders." Rookie said, wondering if the two wanted some alone time together.

"Alright. Cody, can you help Goldpaw look for more evidence that the she-wolf left behind? I want to know if she went further inland or if she just went in the water. I'll go ahead and I'll be waiting at the bend in the borders. Goldpaw, if you find anything then go back to the dens and report to Rookie or Dusk. Cody can catch up with me and we'll finish the trip," Vesper said.

"It's a fight for ranks," Sauver explained to Bronte as they followed Storm. "If Meta admits defeat then Emerald will be able to move up in ranks to Sentinel. If Emerald admits defeat she'll continue being a scout. Of course, you already know this so..." Sauver drifted away from Bronte and began tailing Storm.
{ I decided on long term use(a character I would rp like I do my other characters), but I'm still thinking. Oh, and is there only one sentinel, like there is only one alpha, or can there be more than one?

Cody nodded and sniffed around the water, he didnt go in, other wise they would destroy the evidence. He found some dried up paw prints in the mud. Then he found some scraps of hair. he growled and kept looking, " Find anything?" he called to GoldPaw. Cody lifted his head and looked at her.

Bronte nodded and looked back at the other two, she shook her head and padded next to Sauver. Bronte didnt say anything as she followed her leader into the woods. She loved going hunting, especially in this kind of weather, wind made her try more. In heat it was just another thing she had to do, but in the cold she wanted to do it. Bronte held her tail up and bounded after Storm.

Vesper started walking uphill, looking around for more signs of intrusion as she went. Other then a half-eaten magpie that might as well have been caught by one of their own pack members, she found nothing suspicious. She stopped walking at the turn in the border, now and then looking ahead but sitting with her tail folded over her paws.

Sauver followed Bronte's example and slowed just short of Storm's shoulder, knowing it would be disrespectful to go ahead any farther. "Do you know what we're hunting?" he more or less shouted, since the wind was starting to whistle in his large ears.

{ A couple pages ago Bronte accidentally fell in the river and got out on the wrong side. She was only in White Nightling territory for a short amount of time though, in the next post she went back to Blazing Moonlight.
