Trading center -> Click on the trade you want to accept -> Scroll down to the bottom of the page -> There will be four buttons - "Accept", "Edit", "Cancel", and "Block Player" (this will make sure they can't send you trades). There'll be a green tick on the "Accept" button, a gray gear on the "Edit", red cross on the "Cancel", and a caution sign on the "block player" -> Click "Accept" -> There will be a empty box where you can write a message to them, and beneath that there will be a "yes, accept the trade" button -> Click the "yes, accept the trade button" -> A popup will appear saying "Are you sure you want to accept this trade?" - click yes. ^^
