My Meiko cosplay wig arrived today, I'm actually excited for Halloween this year. It should be really fun since it'll be my first time cosplaying. My mom said that my Meiko wig looks better on me than my actual hair though, I can't tell if I should take that as an insult or a compliment...

Private means only certain producers can use him, he's not available to the public like Miku/Rin/Len/Luka...ect is. Take Akikoroid-chan for example. She's only available to LAWSON, the company she was made a mascot for.
The upcoming Vocaloid 3 "Galaco" is going to be private as well, though they are holding contests for some fans to win her :3

Hm I consider Galaco to be "exclusive" since yep she can actually be obtained in the contest held by vocaloid.com. I think it's still going too O_O The ones that are truely private cannot be obtained any way. XD
