I'll give you all the information that I encountered while sifting through the breed candidates such as temperment, function, and appearance. That way you can make your final descision in an educated manner. I hope that helps.
Anyways, I'll get started on your order right away. I'm pleased to hear that you plan on using your fursonna often. It makes the work worthwhile when you know someone will appreciate it, so thank you for inspiring me.

Eeesh I think I forgot to thank you for the picture you did of my fursona, I really love the action shot look (and it's exactly what I asked for too!) But I'd also kinda like a nice side view pic... could I pay you another store pet for just that?

Use: Make and Commission a lot more art of her.

Gender: Girl
Size: I am a little shorter than most of my friends, but not marginally short.
Build: Not thin, and not really muscular or large. I would say that I am toned and a bit wiry.

Children: I prefer children of my own age group (late teens), but the lowest age I get along well with is about... 8ish.
Environment: Rural! Love the clean air and space.
Temperature: Hmm.. I can't live without seasons, but I am not fond of extremes. I like the temperature in fall, when it's just starting to get crisp, but you can still just get away without a jacket.
Grooming: Not much, usually 5 minutes at the most.
Learning: I learn by watching and doing mostly. I tend to listen to my superiors, but not really those I've deemed at the same or lower "social level" than me.
Peers: I get along with my age group quite well. I sometimes have trouble with those more than a few years in either direction of mine.
Exercise: I'm relatively energetic, but I don't really require a ton of exercise to keep healthy and trim
Protection: Normally, as soon as I get a whiff of tension or trouble, I'm on guard. I never go directly into action, I wait until any sort of threat reaches a tangible level. I am very protective of my friends and family, but not as much my possessions. Except for my art and my books, I'm quite attached to those.

Nose: Not too large, and it has one of those natural bumps in it. The ones that are usually convenient for glasses [and I'm the only one who doesn't need them in my family, coincidentally]
Hair: On the shorter side, and pretty smooth. Not silky, though. For styling, the most i really do is occasionally side-braid it or put it in a ponytail
Tattoos/Piercings: Nope
Hands/Feet: I have reasonably sized palms with long and thinner fingers [not really thin though]
Limbs: They are in proportion with the rest of my body, but they are not long or short, just kinda in the middle. I guess they are a tiny bit short.
Tail: Whatever is natural.

Quirks: I got sorted a Hufflepuff on Pottermore! [And I'm very proud of it XP]
Other: Despite being a girl, a lot of people have mentioned me being like some of the "manlier" dogs. Such as Pits, Rotties, Dobies, and even a Bull Mastiff once, lol.

Gender: Female
Size: I was the smallest kid in my class by four or five inches all throughout elementary school. In sixth grade I finally grew some and have been doing so for three years now. I'd say I am in the upper middle area in comparison to my peers. I am taller than a good 1/3 to 1/2 of the people my age I am around. Though I have also met many who tower over me by several inches. I guess I just hang out with small people x3
Build: Oh, I've always been a scrawny twig. I exersize plenty yet I never seem to bulk up. Same with eating; I'm a bottomless pit when it comes to food yet I never gain any weight. I am a good 10 pounds undersize, honestly. My feet I've been told are too big for my body, as with my head. 

Children: I handle little kids quite well, surprising given my stubborn nature. Most little kids are fun to play with and I enjoy doing so (or just bossing em around!) unless they act obnoxious. I have made tiny brats cry before due to them annoying me. Though overall I'd say I handle them well.
Environment: Rural all the way! No way would I want to live anywhere else. I love having open space, rolling grasslands, and most of all: forests! Adventuring through the woods around my house is one of my favorite things to do.
Temperature: As far as this is concerned I am tolerable of most temperatures. My favorite is the fall and winter seasons because I prefer cool weather. Boiling hot weather, given my activity, has gotten me heat stroke so I don't really like it. Freezing temperature is doable, yet cool is the best.
Grooming: I spend as little time on my grooming as possible. Seriously, I don't care about my looks much. My friends go off getting hair dos and manipedis but I don't do that stuff or enjoy it. Sure I shower and brush my hair but only as frequent as I need to so I don't look like a cave dweller.
Learning: Depends on the subject. I am an all A student and try hard not to screw up on school. I mean this stuff affects my entire life. I'm not too enthusiastic, I work grudgingly. Whatever it takes to do good but nothing overly studious. I love English, Science, and interactive classes. Not Math. Oh I hate that.
Peers: Well, it varies. I have a group of friends who I treat like Gods. I love to mess around and kid and in general have fun with friends. I'm very open and enthusiastic yet still a loyal, trustworthy pal. I try to help and be there to have a shoulder to cry on. But it's a whole different matter with anyone else. To people I dislike I am shy or rash. I'll either ignore them or blow up at them. I tend to be aggressive at times and over-react. Those idiots who think parading around and acting "cool" deserve the cruel truth handed to them and I am the girl for it.
Exercise: Enjoy it! I am active a reasonable amount. I play soccer and ride horses (not at the moment, I just broke my collarbone ). Both are done 2-3 times a week almost all year. I also (did) participate in PE at school enthusiastically. I also walk and hike with my dogs at least once a week. Unfortunately I am also a lazy procrastinator who doesn't excersize unless I really want to. Plus medical issues prevent excursive from being easy. I have plantar faciitis which make long-term hard activity hurt my feet immensely and asthma. 
Protection: I am most of the time very relaxed. I take time to do things myself and don't worry much. However I have a severe fear of airplanes and whenever I see one I flip out with fear. Not extremely but they scare me so much. If I see a friend or family member threatened I am no coward. That shy girl disappears then. I will chew out and no one will mess with those I love. I'll willingly risk myself for those special people if needed, though I prefer to avoid conflict and if I can I will try to handle things calmly. 

Nose: Mid-sized. Mine curves down in a straight slope.
Hair: My hair is brown and is shoulder-length. I have very thick hair that is straight on top and wavy on the bottom. I don't have bangs and it parts at the top, not much exciting. If I can I wear it down and messy but it usually ends up in a pony-tail.
Tattoos/Piercings: None, zero, zippo. I don't believe in poking jewels into ones flesh, thanks.
Hands/Feet: Normal sized hands with looonnngggg fingers. Seriously sometimes I feel like, I don't know, elastic fingered. As for my feet they are largish and have a medical condition where the arch is flat and causes great pain. As for nails I don't paint them or keep them tidy for that matter and I have a habit of biting them to stubs.
Limbs: Long. Long long long. I am 12% giraffe I think. My legs are long and so are my arms.
Tail: My current fursona has a long, short yet messy tail.

Quirks: I usually limp, my right arm is currently and possible for a while longer than my left, I like fedoras, scarves, and ties.
Other: As an accessory I wear a lot is a neckless with a spiral pattern. And a fedora :3

Hey there, Six. Looks like you got your form in alright. Thanks for filling it out.
The way the results work, basically you can either choose from the final 3-5 or I can go ahead and narrow it down to a single breed. I'm not quite sure how to do both in that respect. ^^;
However, I'll send you detailed information about each breed no matter what result type you choose.
If you'd like to specify a certain number of choices (only 3, for example), then I can do that too.

Gender: Female, but i'm a tom-boy ^^
Size: Compared to others in my grade, i'm a bit on the short side...
So, i'd say i'm probably average, maybe a few inches shorter lol
Build: A bit on the chubby side... but not excessively so

Children: I like some children, but i find most of them annoying. If they have manners and aren't bouncing off the walls though, i do like children. I babysit a 4yr old, and i like my cousins who are all 7-11.
Environment: Rural. I like the country, away from a bunch of people. I like having neighbors and a town close by, but i surely wouldn't like living somewhere in the city around crowds of people.
Temperature: I hate extreme temperatures. Living in a state which has almost year-long summers(it gets cold for a couple months, never snows though) i know i can't stand it to be 100+ every single day of summer. I like the fall weather best, and the cold(tho not when it snows).
Grooming: Hmm, i don't really do much with my hair. Probably 5 minutes or so every day. Just brushing it and putting it in a pony tail.
Learning: In my homeschooling, i find the easiest way to learn is to write down stuff. I learn well, but some things are har for me to grasp without reading over it a lot. I obey rules well, but i dislike when people tell me how to do things i already know how to do.
Peers: If i know them, then i'm comfortable with them. But i don't have many friends because i'm not the type of person to go out of my way to make friends with people. I get anxious around crowds, so i keep to myself some. Though having a few friends to hang out with is awesome. Most of my friends i make tend to range from about 12-19(my age is in the middle of those two). I'd rather have a few close friends than have a ton of friends that i don't know very well.
Exercise: My energy level? Well, when inside i'm a bit of a bum, lazing around on the computer talking with friends. When i'm outside i like to play with my puppy and do things(Mud-pies ftw! lol) most of the time. I probably need to exercise more than i do, due to having an underactive thyroid(meaning i have to work harder to loose weight than others) but i do exercise some. I like to do fun things, swimming, rollerblading, etc, but flat out exercise like running and weight lifting aren't really my thing.
Protection: I'm always on gaurd. I have anxiety when around crowds, and hate to be alone in public. When yelled at or attacked verbally, i tend to just stand there and not fight back, maybe retreat to my room. I don't like fighting, and don't fight back physically unless they start hitting me and i can't get away. I have a tendency to let myself and my needs be pushed aside for the needs of others, always getting in over my head. I'm independant so i don't like having to ask for help. I don't speak up when i'm feeling used or when i'm upset, instead bottling up my feelings.

Nose: Umm, normal? I'm not really sure how to describe it.
Hair: My hair... One of the only things i like about my appearance, next to my eyes. It's dark brown with natural highlights in it from being in the sun a lot. It goes down to about the middle of my back, i can't stand to have short hair. It's normally managable, and doesn't get too tangled on a daily basis. It's really soft and isn't oily at all(unless unwashed). I have side bangs and long layers in my hair. Normally, i put it in a ponytail, though it makes me look boyish. I only leave it down when at home sometimes, or when i go special places.
Tattoos/Piercings: I can't imagine my dog having a cropped ear or tail, i've seen it done to puppies first hand(Tail cropping) and can't say i like it very much. I have my typical ear piercings that i got as a baby, and would like to get another some day. I don't have any tattoos, and don't plan on getting one any time soon.
Hands/Feet: Big feet, big hands(longish fingers). *Always cold DX*
Limbs: Umm, average? I dunno, my hands reach about mid-thigh.
Tail: No preferance. If it's shorter than average, it'd have to be natural, not a result of someone cutting it off...

Quirks: I'm an anxious person almost 24/7. I live and breathe art and music. I have a low self esteem and think i suck at everything i do. I am a leo on the zodiac stuff, born in July. My eyes are blue, they get lighter and darker depending on the weather(and my mood sometimes)... Umm I'm a tomboy but i like to experiment with girly stuff on occasion(not often though). I think that's about it XP
Other: Note i do not like pink, unless it's neon or pastel. *love me some pastel colors lol* Also, i'd like a design that wouldn't be SUPER complex to copy, so i can get/make art of it without spending forever trying to get it right(it can be complex, just not overly so). Tattoos/Piercings: I am getting 2 ear piercings at Christmas, no tattoos but I might get a small one some day
Hands/Feet: my hands are regular sized, and are tough from climbing. Same with my feet, very, very tough and thick skinned
Limbs: my arms are long, legs are longish
Tail: It doesn't matter to me

Quirks: I can lick my elbow because I am very flexible, I can see well in the dark, and I love to swim and climb things
