Alright, another year, another Halloween! Unfortunately, I don't have time this month to whip up a new base. I'm still pretty content with my Halloween base from last year, so I'll be offering color-ins of my Pumpkin Puppies; until I find the time to make a new base(if I do).

Please read all these rules very closely

You MUST include your payment when you post a form

This is to avoid me being ripped off; if you don't have the payment on hand when I open, just wait until next time I open when you do have it.

First come first serve

Whoever posts their form gets the slot; there are a few exceptions to this rule, which are addressed further on in the rules, but generally this is how it goes

I have the right to refuse any order for any reason

If I think your design is to complicated or your payment is insufficient or I just don't feel like doing it, I will refuse. It is perfectly in my rights to do so; don't complain or whine please.

I only accept the payment that's in the Payment section

No other forms of payment will be accepted; if you really want to offer something else, please PM me and we'll discuss it. But if you just post a form offering the incorrect payment, I will ignore your order.

I don't reserve slots

Please don't ask me to. I find it unfair to other customers, and kind of renders the whole point of having and closing slots in the first place kind of moot.

I will not PM anyone when slots are about to open

Again, this would be unfair to other customers; and I can hardly be expected to remember to PM every person who asks me to.

I do not accept descriptions

You must have a reference picture; I don't accept descriptions, no matter how detailed.

Don't edit your post until after I have posted I accepted it

This is to avoid confusion and cheating; once I give you the green light you can edit your form. Anyone who edits their form before I say they can will have their order canceled.

Do not ask me when I'll be done/when I'll be opening next
This makes me feel pressured and rushed, and kills all my inspiration. I'm really busy with real life and my moderator work, and can't always have time to do orders.

Please send me your payment after I accept your order
Don't put 'sending' in the payment part of your form; you have to put a link and/or image of what you're paying, and then wait for me to say you're accepted before sending. Sending payment before I accept your form will result in your trade being canceled and your order refused. However, after I have accepted your form, please send the trade as soon as possible; I will not begin your order until I receive the trade(I will not accept it until your order is done)

Do not take a Pumpkin Pup that wasn't made for you
If it isn't yours, don't take it. This will be seen as art theft, which is not tolerated.
