    The Son of Chaos
    Two burnt orange irises lifted further from the ground, reaching out to the darkness of the den. A thick scent wavered momentarily before shifting quickly away with the breeze. This scent was thick, potent and slightly bitter.. It reeked of the position of Alpha Guard - a duty that was the farthest from any joke, and closest to practically giving your life for the Alphess. Dream's life was the most important part of the Alpha Guards' job. One tiny slip up or mistake meant possibly losing her life - and along with it any sense of pride, freedom and order. Losing an Alpha was alike to losing both of your parents, and almost just as painful. She or he was the parent to all of the younglings in the pack, despite whether they belonged to her or him. And so, Dusket and Chaos had the most important job in the entire pack - of course aside from being the Alpha or Alphess.

    The Son of Chaos padded steadily out of the cold den and into the brisk air, taking in the multiple scents of the pack. In one large bunch there was Dream - the Alphess, Void - the Beta, Dusket - yet another Alpha Guard, Tsunami - the Lead Hunter, Lily - a hunter, Admiral - another hunter, Chenoa - the third hunter of the pack, Ash - the Lead Healer, and two other unfamiliar scents. The unfamiliar scents were male and female, which must have been two accepted loners judging by how close they were mushed up against Void and Dream's scents. The Alpha was already awake and it was time for Chaos to be on duty. The deep russet wolf emerged through the darkness and leapt forwards, gently loping in the direction of the rest of his pack. When he was close his head lifted with excited and pride as he overhead the sudden talk of a hunt and patrol. Although, neither mattered if Dream wasn't participating in them.

Rosalyn & Finch
With: The pack
Feeling: Suspicious / Impatient
Rank: Scout / Hunter ?

With: The pack
Feeling: Content
Rank: Fighter

As Dream entered the camp, Finch and Rosalyn's ears perked with glee. "Good morning, Dr-," Rosalyn spoke, stopping mid-sentence. Rosalyn caught the scent of Admiral and Lily. As they came into view, the hair on Rosalyn's neck rose to stick straight up. Finch looked over at his sister and nipped her in the side, disapproving of her hostile behavior. "Welcome," Finch barked, his tail wagging slightly, "My name is Finch." Rosalyn, settling slightly, had decided to go with Dream to patrol. With the new additions, there were plenty of hunters to go with Tsunami today. She stepped toward the her alpha, nostrils burning with the stench of the newcomers. "I can come on the hunt too, if you want," Finch offered to Dream and Void, "Or anything else you need."

Rosalyn's hazel eyes wandered around the black beta as Finch spoke to him. He had been sick lately. Rosalyn hoped that he would recover soon and that no one else would catch it. Rosalyn and Finch turned their heads as another wolf approached to join the group. It was Chaos, another one of the alpha guards. Rosalyn twitched with impatience as she waited for the hunting team and border patrol to gather. She needed to be out of this camp. She needed to be doing something productive. Hunting was usually her rewarding job, but she felt she needed more.

Finch was also itching to go. However, he was happy to do what everyone else wanted, as always. He was very interested in the newcomers. He loved to meet new people and was looking forward to figuring out their personalities. He did wish that one of them was a fighter, though. The only fighters were Finch and Barrett. Since there wasn't any fighting being done, Finch had been feeling useless. He was always happy to make new friends, nevertheless.

NAME ⤅ "ha, what a funny joke. i'm hurricane, don't you forget it."
meet hurricane, a wolf with a bark almost as bad as her bite. she was named somewhat in accordance to her fierce personality, but also her mother was fond of the way it sounded, having never seen a hurricane and it's distruction. this little girl is very proud of her name, so don't mess it up or forget it, she won't be happy. hurricane is one of those who fits their name like a second skin, but sometimes the skin breaks and sheds.

GENDER ⤅ "are you kidding me? are you blind? i'm a female, stupid!"
how could you ever mistake such a "ladylike" female for a male? hurricane is obviously a girl, with her lack of boy parts and somewhat dainty features. i wouldn't reccomend trying to check and see if i'm bluffing, since if you do, you'll end up with the other end of the wolf, the end with all those pearly white teeth in it.

AGE ⤅ "i'm two and a half years young, but age is only a number."
as she said, hurricane is two and a half years into her life, and she is still growing. she never says "i am two and a half years old," no, she only ever says that she is two and a half years young. always young, never old. hurricane is though, a little young, not even reaching three years of age, but that doesn't bother her at all. no matter what age she's been, she's always been just the way she is, firey.

Image
DESCRIPTION ⤅ "i guess i'm pretty enough. . . i mean, it's not like i ever cared about what i looked like."
hurricane is definatly a sight to see. she's a small sized wolf, with long legs, sharp teeth, and a sharper tongue. midnight-black fur coats her body, a regular length, dotted here and there with a few hairs of white or grey. hurricane's eyes are a lovely golden color, and in some lights, they appear to be orange, like fire. she has a slight snaggletooth on her left size, and she hates it but can't help it.
since her coat is a single, solid color, it can be easy to see her, especially since the way she walks is going to mark her out like a sore thumb. hurricane has a terrible limp. it is very, very noticable, and makes her lurch about a little, though when she runs or swims it dissapears. on land though, she walks in a rolling, prowling way to help disguise her limp. this tactic works a little, but not very well. sometimes, her deep black pelt can appear to be indego, with a hint of purple, or even brown, depending on what type of light she's in. hurricane is very proud of her black coloration, and doesn't like it when she looks brown, but doesn't mind when she's "purple," she thinks it'd be pretty dang cool to be a purple wolf. anyways, this young girly has rather small ears, though this doesn't hinder her in the slightest way, in fact, it makes her feel stronger. overall, she may seem to be just another face, but that's only if you look skin deep, though it doesn't matter. almost everyone takes a look skin deep first, and makes their judgements on that instead of what's hidden deeper.

PERSONALITY ⤅ "who am i? i'm not sure thats a question i can answer honestly. . ."
Fiery. Proud. Intelligent. Fierce. These are a few of the words that can be used to describe how Hurricane acts. She is very impulsive and usually does things without thinking, though she isn't harsh and rough. It's more revoloutionary, what she does, than out of spite. Hurricane may rush into things without thinking, but she does usually think up a plan as she goes on. Some say that she is not a ladylike figure, but Hurricane is just high-spirited and proud, though when there is someone she loves near by, she is elegant and fluid. Hurricane is very intelligent, but she does sometimes run into things headlong and heartstrong. Though with a brilliant mind like hers, it doesn't take long for her to fix things and make ammends.

A gentle not-so-giant, Hurricane won't think about hurting anyone close to her, or even just inside her little social group. She is worried about hurting pups with her strength, so she tents to be soft and quiet, only around them though. But, if you really know her, it's like something is ignited in her. It only takes one spark to set a place on fire, and sometimes, Hurricane is that spark; but it's not always a bad thing. She might only be telling a funny joke, starting a conversation, or even changing the mood from hostile to friendly. She is very influential, but chooses to use this for helpful purposes instead of harmful ones. There isn't an evil bone in her body, though when playfighting, she can be a little rough. Overall, Hurricane is a pretty fun gal to be around, though when you first meet her, she might appear to be snappish and agressive, but once she opens up and starts to talk to you, you'll become the best of friends

If you find this suprising, you may leave right now. this girl never backs down from a fight, the fire inside her is much to strong. one thing that she really hates about evil people taking over is that most good men do nothing, and that is why evil dominates. She could never do nothing at all, especially when others are in danger. call her a jerk just aiming for the spotlight? it's got nothing to do with attention. in fact, Hurricane really hates it when she gets attention, whether it be positive or negative doesn't matter. It's truely and uncomfortable process for her.

BACKSTORY ⤅ Unlike some, Hurricane's past has been pretty full. Some of this was filled with elation, but mostly terrible sadness. It all began when she was born into a little pack that consisted of her mother, father, older brother, sisters, and her siblings of the same age, her brothers. Her mother, Afelia, and father, Edmund, were both very sweet, and they loved eachother a lot. Her older sisters, Katharine and North Wind, absoloutly adored Hurricane, since she was the only female of the current litter. Katharine was crippled though, she had been born blind and with a missing left back leg. North Wind acted as her sight and leg, and they were extreamly close, though they didn't exclude their brother, Oak. Hurricane's brothers, Chevin and Maple, were somewhat the Fred and George Weasly of the family, and they loved to pull practical jokes on the young lady in the family, though she quickly learned to avoid them. They were content, until the stray came in. A ragged old wolf, he was missing an ear, part of his tail, and was half blind. He had no name, but was full of wisdom, and Hurricane instantly loved him. She spent many hours by his side, listening to his stories and tall tales, drinking in his words. Eventually, his time to die came, and as he did, many things changed.

Soon after his death, Katharine became very, very ill and none of her mother's homemade remedies could change a thing or make a dent in her sickness. Her eyes became milky white, she coughed up blood, thick and dull red, and her skin was hot. Eventually, she died in a horrid way, Katharine wasted away into a corpse before their very eyes. A small sore on Tuesday became a gouge in her side by the following Monday, and bone was visable by Thursday. Her blood became black, and her flesh began to rot. One night, she ran away, litterally falling apart as she went, dragging along a trail of sickness behind her. The crows that found her dead body and ate her flesh died in the same way, and Hurricane's family ran away. Not long into their journey, Hurricane herself caught it, but this time, for whatever reason, she was able to live and heal again. Her mother later said that it was because of her fierce spirit. After Hurricane, they all stayed where they were and continued to live on, but North Wind died out of misery, her other half was gone. The sickness slowly picked off the entire family, moving from Hurricane to Chevin, then Oak and Maple. Edmund died after that, and it was just Hurricane and Afelia, moving on and trying to forget. By this time, Hurricane was a year and a half old, and almost a full grown lady. In her mother's eyes she wouldn't be an adult until she was two, but Hurricane said she was grown up already. They argued about this, though they had hardly the energy to do so. In a way, they drove eachother on, as Hurricane had inherited Afelia's spirit.

Then her mother got it. Her mother died slowest of all, taking a full half year to finally die, and when she did, Hurricane was broken and lost, consumed by grief. She moved on though, and eventually found a nice pack to live with. She found a nice male and settled down, but he died too in the same horrid way, and Hurricane was driven out. She came to know Dream's pack and was finally admitted when she gathered up enough courage to show herself, though she still fears that the Curse -as she now calls it- will follow her and kill everyone she loves. Hurricane does not sleep well at night, and never with anyone else.

RANK ⤅ "oh? me? i'm just that beautiful alpha guard that all the boys want to date and all the girls want to be."
Hurricane is just about half right; she is an alpha guard, certainly beautiful, but not "all the boys want to date and all the girls want to be." She is not a social outcast, but does tend to push others away with her rough behavior.

MATE ⤅ "hahahaha! good joke! oh wait. . . you were serious?"
Not right now. She's still very afraid of killing him with the Curse, and not to mention that she's just not ready for one. Hurricane feels no ache in her chest, like a void that needs to be filled with love and life. The same goes along for her crush, there is no one in the pack that she has those kind of feelings for.

NAME ⤅ "me llamo xchavi. my name is xchavi, pleased to meet you!"
ah, xchavi. yes, his name might seem difficult to some, but it really isn't. prounounced like esch-abi, he hates it when you mispronounce it.

GENDER ⤅ "ffffff, chico."
if you can't speak spanish, here's the translation: boy. xchavi is obviously a male for a few reasons. one, he definatly has a boyish attitude, and two, he just is a boy. xchavi definatly isn't a lady, and knows it, thankfully.

AGE ⤅ "tengo uno año. i have one year, and i hope to gain many more."
xchavi is very young, though he isn't stupid in his youth. in this period of time, he learned to understand what humans said, {somewhat} how to speak spanish and english, and of course, the most important thing of all for young wolves; xchavi learned how to survive and make himself a decent living. though he is much younger than hurricane and has seen much less than her, it may be argued that he has had a better education and is more intelligent. but then, he does some idiotic thing that young wolves do and instantly squashes this thought, though if you asked him a philosophical question, he would answer it in a very wise manner.

Image
DESCRIPTION ⤅ "soy guapo, muy muy guapo."
xchavi is very right in saying that. he is indeed very handsome, and he knows it! he has a beautiful russet-colored coat, with flecks of dark auburn, brown, grey, white, and even a few splashes of black in there every once and a while. so in other words, he is but your typical mexican grey wolf. or not! from season to season, his coat gradually changes from mainly brown and red to mostly grey and white, then back again. his legs are very long, and help him to practically eat up the earth with his strong paws when he runs. ears with the clasic mexican grey wolf curved "u" shape, and a long, fluffy tail, he is not one to blend in with a crowd. some say all wolves look alike, well, they have never seen a wolf like xchavi then!
he has a medium build, with lots of rippling muscle, though he isn't an absoloutly huge and brutish creature. {WIP}

PERSONALITY ⤅ "who knows? who cares about me?"
Though he may seem simply a fun-loving, young, energetic wolf, Xchavi is actually quite conflicted on the inside. He is very self- concious about what others think of him. Part of this is his troubled past, which remains shrouded in mystery and a lie.

What a fun looking roleplay! I'd love to join, if that's okay with you c:
I can also make a male if you'd like, but since the genders are pretty even, I thought it'd be okay just to make a lady.
And if there's any more information you need for Hurricane I can add that too.

As you can see, I'm making a male and borrowing parts or Hurricane's skelly c:
His name is Xchavi and loves to burst into random spanish 8D
Oh, and if you need to say "year" in spanish, it is very important to have the squiggly over the "N" or else it means something that wouldn't make any sense, and is in line with the english word "bottom," though not as polite.

[мσσ∂ ;; Curious | Content] [Ɯιтн ;; Lily and Admiral | The Pack] [яɛℓαтισиƨнιρ ;; Both crushless]

∂ я ɛ α м | Ѵ σ ι ∂

Senses keen, she could smell the faintest scent in the breeze, almost tasting it. Elk, and many of them. With a determined swish of her tail, she nodded swiftly to Tsunami. "If you can. Lily, Admiral, you may join as well. I'd love to see your techniques." At this, Dream felt a new, inquisitive feeling overwhelm her. She had one main strategy when hunting: lay low, and without warning, attack quickly. Unable to already pick her prey, she does it mid-run, saving valueable time. It's an odd practice at first, but every wolf that has seen it deems it proven to work. The hunters were use to it by now hopefully, but Lily and Admiral may not be familiar. Once the alphess gets in the mode, you can't shake her out of it. Wherever she darts, you sprint after, ready to help take down a good meal.

"Dusket, would you rather patrol or hunt? Both of you can stay at camp if you like." She shot a pointed look at him and Chaos. Alpha guards didn't annoy her as wolves themselves, but the rank bothers her. Dream's an alpha, she can take care of herself. Jagger is a thing of the past. However, Void insisted. You never know when a wolf like that will turn up, and at every aggressive motive, there is a challenge. She takes it easy on loners, for they don't know the protocol of the pack however. Guards make her feel weak, a feeling she buries deep inside her past. There was no time for weakness, which is one valueable lesson Jagger gave her. The only lesson her father gave her, besides cruel punishment.

Ears flicking, she padded a bit farther to the border, straying from the close-knit circle. "Smell that? If we can get a buck, we'll be good for a few days.'' The ivory-colored she-wolf remarked absently, mostly to herself. Chenoa, Tsunami, Lily, and Admiral; we'll set out soon. Dusket or Chaos, you may come, go with Void, or stay here." Dream felt a shiver dart up her spine, followed by another, like squirrels chasing eachother up a tree. Leaning her body back slightly as if to burst into a run, the chill never left her bones, which would soon be warmed by the swift hunt. Checking over her shoulder to see if they were ready, the scent of prey grew stronger.

--

Void stood, shaking his long black pelt from any fallen debris. He checked around the circle of wolves,"Anyone can come with me. Scouts have been lacking lately.'' His own friend, Hawk, had passed on scouting duty. Without realizing it, he had stumbled into a trap and bled out his leg. They found him a few hours later, shocked he hadn't made a move to call for help. Ever since, the rank was feared by a select few. Luckily, new comers were intrigued and joined with that rank. It is also part of Alpha Guard if they are un-needed, playing into the whole 'Guard' aspect.

His striking forest green eyes searched the trees, his nose twitching slightly from the same prey smell Dream had scented. He hadn't eaten in a while, so he'd wait until he came back to fill his stomach. Slowly, his face crinkled in dismay, as he hacked softly over the ground. Shaking his head, he opened his eyes and gave the pack a sheepish smile. "Sorry, one moment." He padded up to Ash, the lead healer, before turning to bark over his shoulder,"Scouts can set out without me, I'll catch up." Turning back to the female, he flicked an ear. "Uh, do you have anything to soothe my throat? Sorry about this...I thought it would heal much faster." The beta brute admitted with a slight shrug, a smile easing onto his face. His voice was half-normal, but still very hoarse.

{{ Hurricane's form looks great ^__^ But would you mind making a male? Sorry, it bothers me when it's off. x3 }}

    Chenoa
    Small breathes left the snow white muzzle, rolling off of the female's tongue and into the air like a gentle puff of smoke. The fog on the morning breeze did not help in the least to make winter feel any warmer, and it was only a reminder of the difficult times to come. When Chenoa finally shook away these thoughts, her head swiveled in Dream's direction, her ears perked forwards and she listened intently to the female. The build up and talk of the hunt only pushed on her excitement and anxiety, nearly causing the petite wolf to have a weak stomach. The kill pile had run low and it was their turn, their duty, to bring it back to a proper height. The most satisfying feeling was when the hunter dug her gleaming incisors into the blood-red flesh of their prey. Today, the air was fresh with the scent of Elk and that was more than enough for her to handle.

    Her gray-covered paws lifted and dropped onto the ground, both to warm them up but to try and release a bit of energy. Chenoa gave a gentle grunt in return to Dream, acknowledging her last remark, but continued to pay attention. It was always nice to know where the others were off to, especially those she was close to. The Son of Chaos and Chenoa were much closer to siblings than people took them for, and she was constantly worrying in her mind for his well being. But this worry would finally be taken off of her shoulders as they went for a powerful and relaxing hunt. And so the female stepped forwards, prepared to take off in a bound.

    The Son of Chaos
    When the Alphess addressed both Dusket and Chaos, two near-black ears lifted into the air. There wasn't a moment, aside from doing his occasional scouting duties, that the brute thought of letting the female leave his sight. It wasn't a matter of how tough or strong you were, it was a matter of what could happen and what, in the future, was unknown. He knew well enough that a simple moment could change everything, and could even be the difference between life and death. There were times when he followed Void for hours, but he knew well enough the Beta could handle the unexpected.

    So, without any thought, The Son of Chaos lifted his head to Dream and growled - a growl of course that was filled with preparation and clarity rather than discontent or superiority, "I'll follow you." There were many moments when he felt as though his constant attention of the female bothered her, but it was his job and if Dream were to be killed Chaos knew he would be taken by the throat by Void.

[Wsize=130]Tsunami || Male || Lead Hunter[/size]

Preparing To Hunt || Antsy || Everyone || No Love Interest
- He nodded at Dream as she spoke. He had to admit it bothered him that the alphaess was pratically taking the duties of his rank. He certainly wasn't used to another wolf taking his job and doing it for him. But he bit it back, he supposed he would have to get over it soon enough. Which most likely wouldn't be soon enough for others. Tossing his head back he let a smooth howl fly from his maw as he called the other hunters to him. Looking over at Admiral and Lily he examined the two. It seemed Admiral was built more for fighting while Lily could pass as a hunter. "Under my responsbility I request you two only watch for this hunt. You need to get a feel of the pack first. Later in the day I'll take you hunting along with me to see how you do. But we can't risk this prey at the moment. And while I am not criticizing you you won't be in sync with the pack for a while. If you do wish to participate wait until we have a steady hold on the elk." He told them truthfully, face set in stone. As much as he appreciated their interest in hunting he had to think of the pack's need for food first. Especially with the approaching winter coming fast along.
- Without anymore hesitation he began following the trail of the elk. His mouth watered with the potential taste of their meaty flesh. In little time he caught up to Dream, running alongside her yet pushed back slightly. He would be fair enough to give the alphaess her space. Come on Tsunami. Get used to running behind. You aren't a loner anymore. He told himself, falling into the hunting mood. "Okay hunters listen up! We're trying an old tactic this time! Everyone stay in the shadows! We need to separate this buck before we can do any damage! I want at least two of you to chase the does away from the buck, making sure to keep a circle around him and direct him around! You need to lead him towards the two hiding nearby! You hiding two need to be fast! I need you to keep that buck running, snapping, biting, however you do it! Lead him towards Dream and I! From there we can attack without much warning! If we happen to let him slip then there will be a team ready to move right behind us! Coming out of nowhere and attacking will present too much risk this time! He'll have a moment to react with all of us running at him." He called out, looking to his right he gave Dream a look that said 'trust me on this'. In his first pack they used this tactic every hunt and never once did it fail them, even with the biggest prey.

Temple || Female || Omega

Waking Up || Frustrated || No one || No Love Interst
- A splitting howl rang in Temple's ears. Rattling her inner head and forcing her eyelids open in surprise. She stared in shock for a moment, unaware of what had truly gone on. Until she saw the lead hunter Tsunami's head drop back to a normal level. In finally clicked in her mind that he had been calling together a hunt, something she didn't participate in. A soft growl left her lips, frustrated that she had been awoken by such a ridicolous thing! She huffed and pulled her dirty body from the floor. She watched as the hunter's rushed off to find food for the pack. She watched in hatred, she got scraps! Nothing was ever good unless she hunted! And she considered herself far too good to do such a thing!
- She slowly pulled herself from the confines of the small den. Her head and tail were low, but not so much ina submissive way. It was more of a irritated way. She looked around and realized she had absolutely nothing to do. She turned her frame and began to head towards the river. Howling winds brushed against her small frame, veering her to the right from time to time before she corrected herself. She truly was a very small wolf, smaller then she looked in fact. A fluffy coat took away some of her thinness. Her progress was made slowly, but finally she did make it there. Looking down at the river she stared at her reflection for a moment. Two orange eyes stared back at her, almost twisted in appearnce. Dipping her head she took a few gulps, soothing the soreness of her throat.

Ash stood up straighter when the beta male approached her; her small size even smaller compared to him. She listen as he spoke, her ears mainly focusing on how hoarse his voice was. It was worse before, but still bad. "I have some Elderflower; come on." She said thoughtfully, turning towards her den.

Once the pair arrived at Ash's den, she motion for him to sit in a corner, so as not to disrupt her stock. The corner she had motioned to was a small "bed" she sometimes used. It was covered with leaves and grass that had become almost comfortable throughout being used. Searching her well organized stock for the Elderflower, she noticed that it would be running out soon. It was an out of season flower, but still good for use. Clover, another cough remedy, was more plentiful. "Might as well use it up." The healer thought, nosing the Elderflower over to the brute.

Sitting in front of him, she scratched off the correct amount of petals into a small pile. The branches and leaves were poisonous to eat, only the actual flower was good. "Eat this; a little pit of the dirt is okay. Then get some water." Ash said, looking at the pile. She put the rest of the Elderflower back where she had gotten it, and waited for him to finish.

Dusket quickly went over in his mind the decision before him. It would be dangerous for the beta to go alone; especially after the last scout had died. On the other had, neither he nor Void liked an alpha guard to be far from Dream.. Besides, most of the pack would be with her. "I will go with Void." He announced, to no one in particular.

Void said for Dusket to go on without him, as he was going to get something from Ash, the healer. So Dusket went off to the border of pack boundaries, and began the process of remarking and paroling the territory.

{Fluer-De-Lis {{ Hunter || No Crush
"Worthless! It's over now. Guilty! There's no way out."

          Lily supressed a small growl at the fact she could go, but she'd have to watch. She ran with them anyways and sat back with Admiral as they neared the elk. She was within the wolves sights, she hoped, but was upwind of the elk. She watched the hunters, cold but relaxed. She knew instantly who they were going for... The buck.

          Bucks aren't an easy kill, and Lily personally thought that the pack didn't have enough hunters. But she was underestimating the pack. They really could have killing bucks down to a science. She sighed quietly, watching the hunters carefully. She was analyzing, criticizing, and remembering their every move, even if they weren't moving yet.

{Admiral {{ Hunter || No Crush
"What a shame, what a shame to judge a life that you can't change.

          Admiral sat close to Lily, knowing that cold look oh so well. She was watching them, and probably already planning out what she would have done if she were taking down the buck. He noticed how precise she was in picking their sitting spot. Out of sight of the elk, and nearly impossible for the elk to smell. He could smell them just fine, those elk.

          They smelt good, like a rich meat he's not had for a while. He felt his mouth watering, and pushed away the thoughts. He needed to focus on these hunters. He figured out their plan. It ws good, but with many flaws. The cow elk could kick those who are holding them back, resulting in injury. The bull could kick, resulting in serious injury. He figured out what Lily would have done differently. She probably would have all of the hunters just go in for the kill on the buck. Sure, at first the cows would come after them.

          But what's a herd without a leader?

    Oh red, burning red

A soft thudding was heard as the party thundered through the woods. She leapt over fallen logs with ease, the frigid feeling slowly sapping out of her. Dream exhaled as she ran, seeing a puff of cold breath in front of her. It had gotten colder, they didn't have much time. Tsunami was slightly behind her, so she increased speed so he could have more running room. She skidded to a halt, intently listening to his foreign plan. She'd never heard such a thing, though it was pretty basic. She wasn't used to taking orders, but it was refreshing almost. Falling into an expert hunter's crouch, her gold eyes appraised the scene in front of her. Deer were strewn across the clearing, eating as much grass as possible. Seeing the large buck, she licked her muzzle, tail lashing in a predator-like way. There was no way they'd lose this catch. Turning, she spared Lily and Admiral a glance. It was true-- Tsunami or herself don't know how they work under leadership, and this hunt was very important.

However, she couldn't help but feel bad. "I'll evaluate you two later." She whispered so only they could hear, trying to keep their prescense unknown to the deer herd. Turning her head back, she assessed the situation again, feeling a bit uncomfortable with the plan. The ivory colored she-wolf never done this before. She give it her best, though. With a soft growl, she gestured for the hunt to begin. Poised for attack with a quick, flighty leap, she waited for the stages of the plan to happen. Glancing at Chaos, she flicked her tail in acknowledgement and reassurance. She'd be fine, just as she always is. Dream was so close to to Tsunami she could hear his breath rasp in and out, and the pair waited for the buck to be drawn over.

The suspense was killing her. As wolves slowly accumulated by the buck, bellows could be heard as the does were banished. Shifting on her hind paws, she waited until the buck was bellowing in fear and rage, pounding it's hooves just infront of her face."Now!" The alphess growled, and time seemed to slow as she leapt into the air and clenched her jaws against it's throat. The deer swung it's neck, shaking the white wolf like a ragdoll. However, Dream hung on depserately, biting until blood seeped into her mouth, and the windpipe was crushed. Slowly, the life dimmed in it's pale yellow eyes, and they exchanged a look of expectance. It wasn't dead yet, but it would be in time. She jumped off, landing stiff-legged on the earth and letting Tsunami finish him off, attacking it's legs.

Void followed the healer, wondering what 'Elderflower' was, and what it would taste like. He was given the heads of tansy before, and it wasn't the best thing he'd tasted. However, he'd suck it up if he wanted to get better. The tall black brute slowly lowered himself into the den, for it was a bit cramped due to his size. He was a muscular, yet lean brute, with a tall shoulder height. It was hard not to be intimidated by him, but once you saw the kindness in his wide smile, and the open nature of his voice, it's even harder not to like him. He sat on the little bed of leaves in the corner just as he was told, eyes flicking around at all the herbs. "And you know all of these by heart? That's pretty impressive." he remarked, somewhat awe-ful.

It hadn't taken him long to memorize fighting moves, as it was second nature to most wolves, but it seemed hard to know ever herb by name and know what it does. Ash must also be immune to the scents in here, for it made him a bit dizzy. As she plucked the petals of the flower and placed them on the ground, he gave her a trusting look, and sniffed them curiously. He coughed slightly, and chewed them until a flowery paste was in his mouth. Void swallowed, and fluttered his eyes shut as they cool his scratchy throat. "Thanks Ash. It already feels alot better.'' The brute said, dipping his head to her and going to get some water. He trotted to the small stream by the back of camp, lapping up a few mouthfuls as a minty-taste filled his mouth.

Feeling immensely better, Void padded back over to the group. "Okay, ready?" His voice was still a bit scratchy, but he mostly sounded like himself again. Muscles ripping under the chilly air, he began a steady run toward the trees, stopping just before the border. He rubbed his pelt against the trees, which had a very faint scent of the pack. They had to be renewed alot, for this area is very plentiful for loners.

Tsunami || Male || Lead Hunter

Preparing To Hunt || Antsy || Everyone || No Love Interest
-He crouched to the ground in a perfected hunting crouch. His eyes devoured the moving flesh of the deer as he evaluated. What what it looked like, there wasn't much room for anything to go wrong. Of course even if there was room they couldn't allow that to happen. This would be a very important catch, with winter approaching quickly food would begin to disperse. His eyes scanned the area, the deer wouldn't be able to smell them. The wind was blowing towards himself and Dream, who was close enough for him to hear every individual breath. From their vantage point they could easily see just how the movements would play out. The buck was center forward, with the does creating a ring around him. And while he chewed and watched, they only feasted.
-When the others began the hunt, he instantly tensed. "Get ready." He whispered to Dream as the buck charged towards them. It's bleating call of fear rang throughout the trees and the forest, but Tsunami heard not a sound of it. The only sound in his ears was the silence. All at once every muscle kicked into his body, he sprang forward in a single powerful leap. With jaws wide open his paws gripped around the deer's neck above Dream's head. He let his body swing around until his jaws found the back of the buck's neck. The buck began to panic, tossing wildly. With expert work, Tsunami held his upper body stiff while his lower body grabbed at vantage points. He would dig his claws into the meaty flesh of the buck, release, and repeat. The cuts were mainly aimed at the buck's legs and shoulders. There was enough pressure on the buck's neck as it was.
-Tsunami felt the tell tale signs of the buck beginning its final try and breaking free from death. It swayed violently, dipping the two hanging wolves down towards the ground. When the buck dipped towards Tsunami's side he motioned for Dream to give a powerful yank in the same direction. He himself did the same thing. The buck gave a fearful cry as its right front leg was forced to the ground. Tsunami placed his back paws on the ground and gave his attempt at keeping on the ground, onto the buck, and avoiding a wildly flailing back leg. A fierce snarl slipped past his jaws, vibrating against the warm flesh of their prey. The taste was driving him wild and he was waiting for his chance to sink his teeth into the meaty flesh. A large rumble split from his stomach but he ignored it. The buck was slowly losing it's fight, it wouldn't be much longer now. "Hold it down!" He mumbled through a mess of fur, calling out to the other hunters. If they could keep the buck down this kill would go much faster.
