Depending on your career choice, community college can be a possibility. It's been a lifesaver for me. Still expensive, but soooooo much less than a university, much less Cambridge.

Got my first surgery ever today ;n;
Had to get my apendix removed, so the doctors cut my belly button and just below too.
It hurts to stand, sit, walk, lay down, laugh, cough, cry, sneeze, talk, and sometimes it even hurts to eat :(
But I had to get it out last night or else it could've burst. I guess the pain isn't as bad as it was yestday morning when I was vomitting. But still, ow.

COPPA members are actually able to post in the Oekaki section, their posts just have to be approved first. Though I have no idea whether the member you're talking about is COPPA or not, the fact that they posted in the Oekaki section doesn't mean they're not. You can check their profile to see what user group they're in to tell if they're actually COPPA or not.
