People seem to not value educations anymore.
Good god. The only reason I get on during school hours is because I'm homeschooled.
But I don't ever sneak on when I'm supposed to be doing schoolwork.

I'd think having a decent education is a little more important than a pet site.
I understand different timezones... But dang.
I see a lot of people in my timezone just messing around on here in school.

I don't have school today, so that's why I'm on. uvu

Am I the only one who thinks it's a bit wrong that people rather know an anime than a classical piece of world literature?

(By that I don't say that animes are stupid or something like that - they can be pretty good. But in my opinion it is some kind of
essential to know at least a few important books [not talking about harry potter or this stuff])

Definately went over the top with my reply.

In a nut shell: Literature is important, new or old, but you have to consider todays audiences. I read books, and I watch anime/read manga.
I don't read older books, or the "classics" becuase it is a hard to style to read.

But see, because we don't push the classics, people don't know how to read them, and turn to something easier, less challenging. If we urged and forced the reading and understanding of classics, they wouldn't be so hard to read anymore. After being forced to read Othello, I now can properly read Shakespeare, and for that matter many other older classics that now seem easy. It's because we don't push ourselves to understand the classics, we ignore them and don't enjoy them anymore.


My dog just dug my feet out from underneath the blanket, and is now licking them. Nonstop. Dog, you are so stupid. I love you, but you're stupid.

Oh mai god.
All this week people have been unplugging my ipod and once it unplugs I cant turn it on unless I go home and charge it. Its only 1st period and some girl tryed to be funny and unplugged it.

Im tired of this, I seriously just want to hit her because my music is what makes me happy and focused.
