Penny
♀ && Gary
♂Warning: VERY shortPenny POVPenny targeted Gary. He was the only pen pen here. His red material that covered the plush, his cheeks that blushed so often because of his embarrassment that they remained pink, his white beak...
But the most perfect thing about
him was the white heart on his chest. That heart that was beating for her.
Gary POVI spotted Penny was watching me. With her big, black,
gorgeous eyes. Her soft pink cheeks blushed when I found her starring at me. She took my heart with that gaze, and placed it on her head. She still doesn't realize that I gave her my heart long ago. I tried to rose on my plush feet, but I couldn't. I never could reach her. She would often tell me it's okay, even if we were both broken.
Third Person"Gary?" Penny asked a bit embarrassed. The rays of the sunlight that streamed through the window covered her blush, thanks God. The dusty air was floating around and the wood creaked a bit under them. It would happen every time someone entered this house. The walls were already dull
"Yes?" Gary replied with a hint of curiosity in his voice.
"If you could have any wish granted, what would it be?"
"To reach you" The red pen pen replied softly. Penny blushed violently.
"It's just our bodies that separate us..." Penny stated sadly, her eyes losing their shine.
Before any could say anything a 4-year-old girl entered the attic. She coughed hard because the dust kicked in. She waved her hand in an attempt to get the dust out. After thirty minutes she was able to breathe normally.
The girl spotted the two pen pens on different sides of the room.
"Pweny one and pweny wwo must stway twogether!" She stated loudly and picked both of the pen pens. She placed them on a dusty old chair, smiled and leaved.
The two pen pens stared blank in shock. The two were leaning on each other, and Gary's head was laying on Penny's shoulder.
"Penny?"
"Yes?"
"I love you"
"I know"
Aw, how sweet <333

Target of Attention (Target) and Toxic Waste (Tox)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I sat in the grass one sunny day as the females clustered around me, all begging for my attention. I ignored them all and continued to stare at the trees before me with a grim smirk on my face. I loved the sound of she-wolves bickering back and forth over me. I'd turn around and wink once and awhile just to hear their swooned sighs.
I finally got tired of them and stood up, they rose as well, ready to follow me wherever I went. I let out a slight snarl, dismissing them with a flick of my tails. Their tails drooped and their ears lowered as they all watched me head towards the trees. I shook my head as I walked, letting out a quiet snort. Girls. I let out a quiet huff, Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em. My devilish grin returned to my face as I pictured all the she-wolves eyes focused on me, their pleading eyes begging for just a "Hey" or a wink from me.
I slowly padded through the trees. I had to blink a few times, my eyes having to adjust to the darkness of the forest. It was considerably colder here, the sun shone only barely through the trees, the silence of the forest calming, especially after all the screams and sighs and gasps of the she-wolves in the clearing.
I trotted farther into the forest, my proud head held high as my three beautiful tails trailed behind me. My striking red eyes scanned the forest as my black, pierced ears were perked forward to catch the slightest of sounds. I suddenly stopped as I saw a she-wolf walk through the trees in front of me, Not another one... I thought. She turned her head, staring me straight in the eyes, "Great." I muttered quietly under my breath. To my amazement, after watching me for a mere five seconds, she turned her head and continued on her way. Never in my life had I had a girl see me and walk away. There wasn't even a awed look to her striking neon-green eyes, or the pleading look that the others had. How she didn't drool over me... I should of been shocked, angry even. How dare a she-wolf not want me? Yet her not drooling over me fascinated me, she was different. I liked that.
I found myself trotting quickly after her, my fascination getting the best of me. I saw her beautiful, bushy tail, which had neon green markings like the rest of her, dissapear around the trunk of a tree. I quickly rounded the tree, I was right behind her now, "Hey, wait up!" I barked. She continued to trot ahead of me, she didn't look over her shoulder at me. She had a slim, feminine figure, yet she wasn't at all like the others. She wasn't snotty or princess-y like the others, she was tom-boyish and tough-looking. I wanted to get a better glimpse of her face and neon eyes. "Wait!" I called out again.
She finally stopped dead in her tracks, so quickly I almost ran into her. She whipped around with a hiss, "What do you want?" I took a step back at the hostility in her voice, "I...uh..." She narrowed her eyes with a snarl before turning back around, her tail inches away from slapping me in the face as she whipped around. She then resumed her trot. My eyes widened in disbelief, I never, never had a girl reject me, or not stare in bewilderment as I spoke to them. I shook my head and ran after her, leaping in front of her and blocking her path, "Please, wait." I panted, my eyes were pleading. My eyes were pleading for her attention now, it was all to strange to me. Something about her, it amazed me.
Her eyes burned with fury, "Move out of the way." She growled, baring her sharp, pointed fangs. I was speechless. What do I say? I shook my head, "Make me." I said, trying to act cool again. She rolled her eyes, "I"m not interested in your tricks. You may impress the others, but that won't work with me honey." Her voice, despite her looks, was very soft, like velvet. My eyes widened as my jaw dropped a bit. I quickly recovered, "Come on, baby. How can you not love this?" I said, raising my head high as my tails wagged back and forth slowly. She growled even louder, "You think you're all that. But you're not as hot as you think you are, babe." She said, her voice a slow hiss, "Now move out of the way, big shot." My muzzle gaped open as she simply walked around me, then continued yet again to walk away. My tails drooped and my ears lowered as I watched her walk away, like the she-wolves in the clearing watched me walk away - she didn't even say good bye. The one girl I liked, the one girl that wasn't sassy, the one girl that didn't bug the crap out of me just to get a wink. The one girl I liked, didn't like me.

Probably'll write more later on... dunno. I think these two dogs do go together quite nicely ^^

I'm sure you didn't mean to, but this sounds almost EXACTLY like a story I wrote, here ...
And again, I'm sure you didn't mean to, but I just wanted to check, cause I'm not really too keen on people taking my concepts and claiming them as their own . It's happened to me before, and it isn't something I'm interested in having happen again, that's all; I'm probably just over-paranoid . I'm not accusing you of anything, I'd just like to point out how similar it is .

I don't think it sounded like yours. Yours. . . the female might have rejected the male, but it wasn't total and complete rejection like it was here. She wasn't overly cruel, either, just as the male wasn't as arrogant and show-offy as he was in Lupen's. The concept may be the same, but the one girl the loved-by-all guy likes that doesn't like him is one of the concepts that is used many times in many different forms.

Oh no I completely see what you're saying, I totally agree with you both, I'm sure it wasn't intentional at all . I'm not trying to make any accusations, I know there are the differences, and I know it's not like the most original idea in the world . But again, there are the uncanny similarities, like the meadow, the forest, the swooning girls ... Alot of the wording is pretty close .
For example, these are my words here;
Roman is stretched out in the meadow, his proud head held high, at least six females crowded around him. He pays no attention to them, not really. He's just watching the trees sway in the breeze, watching the clouds. He loves the attention, but pretends not to care, and that's what the girls like. They strive for his attention, they will do anything for it ... Roman flicked his eyes to the speaker, and winked before turning his gaze back in front of him. She squealed in excitement, so pleased with herself that she didn't know what to do. The girls continued to bicker and speak to him in flirtatious tones, not another word reaching his ears.
And this is from Lupen;
It just sounds so similar . I'm not trying to accuse Lupen, I'm just wondering if it was intentional . I'm not flat-out saying "you stole my story," I'm just pointing out how close they are .
