in MY opinion, i think it's unfair to the person with the lilac bunny, cause the store pets don't really add much to the trade.

I think that you are overpaying.
You're giving them 2 very rares for their 1, and yours are from an earlier time. I think your pets are also more popular and wanted~

I'm not sure about demand, but in this trade you're getting a main rares list pet for two septembers (one high on the list, one low), which is pretty good!

Rarity wise, it's unfair to the Halloween Cat. However, the demand of the Lynx PPS would make this closer to fair IMO.

If you're judging the value specifically with pets then it's unfair to them. However - C$ value places this as unfair to you. Most people won't trade for recent store pets at their C$ value though since they can usually get it for pet value elsewhere. :3
