(Please note that I am NOT writing all of Diana’s parts with her accent. That takes far too long to figure out how to write it. Just know that she has a broad Scottish accent.)PhysicalTall and muscular, Diana stands at six foot three. Her hair is prematurely white and grey, but it still has streaks of brown in it. She keeps it short but shaggy. Her right eye is a very light grey-blue, almost ghostly. She has several scars along the left side of her face and an eyepatch on the left eye due to losing it in a fight with a werewolf (and she says magical eyes are for sissies). Diana also has bite mark scars and scratch scars all along her torso and arms.
MentalFor most of the month, Diana is relatively calm, only provoking fights when she’s drunk. She’s more of a pack leader or a loner than a follower and has a hard time dealing with authority that’s not her own. She tends to overestimate her abilities. The week of the full moon, Diana grows far more aggressive than normal.
Diana also has a rather morbid sense of humor. She particularly enjoys freaking out more superstitious Muggles and wizards alike.
Oddly, Diana is a gifted storyteller, although she would punch anyone who said that. She also really only starts telling stories when she’s in between sober and drunk (it’s a very, very fine line for her).
HistoryDiana was born in a rural part of Scotland, where people were still rather superstitious and didn't tend to mind wizards as long as they kept the monsters away. She didn’t go to a formal magic school, but instead picked up bits and pieces of magic from wandering Scottish wizards.
She became an apprentice of sorts to one wizard, who helped her become an Animagus at seventeen. This wizard, however, was also a werewolf. If he took a wolfsbane potion, he was perfectly fine. One month, though, when Diana was eighteen, he didn’t have the ingredients for the potion.
Diana, thinking that her teacher had taken his wolfsbane, tried to provoke him into a practice fight so she could work on fighting in her wolf form. The fight quickly turned into a battle of life and death. Diana barely won, but in doing so she lost her left eye and was heavily scarred along her body.
Due to the magic involved with being an Animagus, Diana did not become a full werewolf. Instead, she is more like Bill Weasley, with some symptoms of lycanthropy. Diana’s symptoms include increased aggressiveness, uncontrollable changing when she’s angry, and an appetite for raw meat.
Instead of getting a magical eye, she opted to wear an eyepatch over a glass eye. In her words, "Why would'd'ya hahve a sissy mahgical eye when y' ken hahve a freakin' eyepatch?!" The only reason she wears a glass eye is because the doctor who saw her insisted so that her face wouldn't collapse.
Since the fight, she’s wandered across Britain, doing odd jobs, usually in exchange for beer or money. She makes few friends and very rarely stays in the same place for longer than a few weeks.
