Lacie sighed in relief as they started to get away from the other boats. She walked on to the top deck and watched the waves. She found it relaxing.

Blood stopped the newcomer, his blue eyes flashing emotions, unreadable emotions. He welcomed a smile t o spread across his face when the young man stood his ground. Most, even his crew mates, save Okuyami, would be surprised at the fake emotes. He decided the he'd like this man, and he let his guard down momentarily and relaxed.

Thaddeus leaned against the wheel,turning it ever so slightly to get around the wreckage of the navy vessle.

Robin looked up at the pirate he hadn't met before, wondering if he was their captain,"Who are you?"

"Pardon for not introducing meself," Blood apologized. He reached out his hand and said, "Blood. 1st mate and proud fighta." He glanced wistfully over at the sail from the navy ship as it bobbed under the water, down into the deep abyss known as Davy Jones Locker. "Too bad I missed the fight, this ol' flinta coulda been a' use."

Robin stayed silent. Was killing all these idiots cared about? Was it like, something they looked forward to? Like a kid waits for Christmas? He looked down at his boots, his anger not showing on his face. He didn't want to get on the wrong side of a guy named Blood.

Taddeus locked the wheel and headed down to where the prisoners were. She nodded to the first mate and looked down at Robin. "still think we're a band of bloody idjits?" She asked him,not caring if her 'proper grammer' slipped.

Although anger wasn't tearing at his face, Blood could see how mad the man was. Years of reading movements made robin easy. "Don't be mad. We don't live to kill. We see a rich ship and we need food, money. If they refuse we can't just go laydeedadaing away. So we fight."

Lacie listened to there conversation as she walked by. She had picked up the habit of accidental, or purposely, eavesdropping. She knew that they all killed for money but it still felt just a bit wrong to her. But what did they care she was the cook. Lacie walked on acting like she hadn't heard a word.
