Got a trade for this rat, and I'm sure the first offer is unfair for me... how does this sound?

They have two more rare bunnies I could add if this is just slighty unfair for me.

Unfair to the UR dog.

Could I get another opinion? I trust you, but I told the person offering the UR dog that I'd get 3 opinions, just to be sure :3
