Cassidy smiled. "Alright!" she said, hopping back into her saddle. Waiting for Jesse happily. When he was on she started to ride back towards home. "I have to go work at the livery soon. I just muck out stalls and do things that they need me to do" she said with a smile. She was proud of herself for getting a job. Not many girls her age would even think if getting a job, infact, most liveries didn't hire woman. But since Cassidy was so good with animals, especially horses, they hired her.

"Look, you may not be the son he always wanted, but he loves you nonetheless!! Its you who can't face that!! Your the one who runs off to nowhere like you don't want to accept the responsibility and be the free roaming princess like you have always been!" Jason spurs his mare past Thunder towards the ranch.

Jesse mounts up on Jack, following Cassidy, "Grown up and has a job!! I am surpised the boys haven't been all over you yet!" Jesse teases his sister.

"You have no idea what I do in my spare time. And I don't care one whit that I'm not what he wanted! I'm not his puppet, I'm my own person." Alice snapped, spurring Thunder faster. The stallion reared and took off past Jason with Alice leaning low over his neck.

Jason yells after, "Yeah, keep running, thats all you ever do!!" Jason slows his mare down. He would get to the ranch eventually.

Cassidy smiled and blushed. "Jesse, guys have never thought that I am pretty or beautiful or whatever you want to call it. So it's really no surprise" she said with a soft shrug as she ride side by side with Jesse to get home.

(I was thinking maybe when she goes to work, that's when she meets Chris?)

"Well, I wouldn't want you scaring him off!" she said with a smile and a laugh as the house was in view with mom and dad working in the garden. There was sone horses out in the field and the family dog, Brody was sitting near the barn door.

Alice ignored him, trying to fight back tears. when she reached the ranch she let the grooms take care of Thunder while she went upstairs to change into a gown so that, by the time Jason returned, she was heading towards the Conferance room.

"Oh, believe me. You would be thanking me later." Jesse laughs. When they come into the yard, Jesse dismounts and ties Jack to the hitching post, he walks over to the garden, he takes his hat off in respect of his parents.

Jason finally arrives at the Ranch. He ties Lexus to the hitching post and heads inside, going to the conference room. When he enters, he takes his seat next to Ali's father, waiting for the meeting to begin.

Cassidy smiled, dismounting Baylee before tying him to the hitching post, knowing she'd have to leae in a few minutes to get to the livery. She walked over to the garden as well. Their parents looked over, happy smiles on their faces. Cassidy laughed as their father jumped up and wrapped his arms around Jesse in a hug. Their mom was crying with happiness and also went over and hugged Jesse.
