name: hunter davis phillips. after the failed attempts at birth of hunter's two younger brothers, hunter's mother wanted to give him a strong name so that God would will him to live. it was the faint whisp of hope that she could hold onto, since her husband left the two as soon as hunter was born- afraid to see yet another one of his children die in front of his own eyes. hunter was the perfect name, since her mother wanted him to go after life and 'hunt' it per se, instead of it making him it's own prey. he was born premature, so there was yet another great chance he would of fallen off of the edge of living his life, or letting go. his mother and family prayed day in and day out, and after all of the struggles of hunter's hard birth, he was a happy child; a godsend for the troubled family. his only sibling- his older sister, calli - gave him the nickname of hunt, so that is what most people call him.
gender: male. this is pretty self-explanatory; no one who has ever seen hunter has ever thought he would be anything but a male. his larger frame and structured-face give it all away, as well as his deeper australian-accent- very different than the females who live in lindon. of course, hunter wouldn't mind showing you he is male- just to prove it, but i think you'd be happier just taking his word for it.
age: eighteen years young. even though his premature birth was quite a fright, hunter phillips is living at the happy, healthy age of eighteen. being a senior in highschool, he is itching to get out so that he can continue his interest in studying marine biology. when hunter was in elementary school, his mom had showed him all of the small fish that inhabited lindon. everyday after class was let out, he would run and try to find all of the fish-like creatures once again. everyday from that point, he has been doing that and became very interested in marine life.

basic overall description: beach-boy cute. the teenager has a deep, natural tan and naturally highlighted hair; all obvious beach-boy cute assets. truthfully, hunter hardly even looks at himself in the mirror- it isn't exactly a major importance to him. {wip}
hair color: brunette. hunter is a true brunette- hasn't ever dyed his hair like some pop-star freaks do, and proud of it. he has natural blonde highlights, given to him from hours in the sun. his hair swoops down into his eyes, without him really doing anything to it. sometimes he tries to fancy it up a bit, but really it ends up just as a big mess, so he keeps it the way it already is.
eye color: chocolate. hunter has very dark, deep chocolate-brown eyes. they seem endless, and at some points it looks like they are actually black. no other surprises within them, but they usually do have their signature glint of amusement.
weight: 155 lbs the normal weight for a teenager his size and height, no really underweight or overweight. ya' know, just... normal.
height: 5'9 hunter is at his maximum height, which is really a great extension from three years ago. when he was fifteen, hunter was 5'1- very short. many of the girls loomed over him, so it was quite a scary experience. thankfully, puberty kicked in and made him sprout up another eight inches so at least he can look the opposite gender in the eyes.

Ace Grey was given his name for one reason only; he was the first born child to his parents. Of course, it's caused a bit of controversy when his sisters has found out that it also means 'the best'. However it was done and Ace was Ace. Like his father he has no middle name and the surname comes from his Dad's side, traced back to the sixteenth century. For nineteen years Ace has lived in Lindon, Australia; his whole life in fact. That's right, not only is he an adult but he's passed the thin line between adolescene and being a young adult - the age of eighteen. Ace was born on fresh March Day at about 3am. The only reason he knows this is because his Dad was able to catch the end of a rugby game on the hospital tv. And whilst Ace might be on the skinny side of the male spectrum, he is nonetheless a male. Tall and skinny yet muscular, Ace looks both awkward and attractive at the same time. People's first impressions are quite mixed, some catching him out at sea where he sails only in his shorts and flip flops, others catching him in shorts and t-shirt as he walks down the boardwalk. To be honest though, he's only a little bit more than average. A mop of burnt copper hair rests ontop of his head, most often styled so it 'stands to attention' at the front, as his younger siblings once worded it. After spending a lot of time out in the sun it bleaches lighter in places, but mostly stays its' natural rusty brown. With chocolate brown eyes too, Ace is one who does have controversial looks. An angular and strong-jawed face finishes above the neck and below, for five feet and nine inches, one-hundred-and-thirty-four pounds worth of body stands. Strong arms, with biceps to show, they're sculpted almost perfectly for the life of someone who spends their time sailing and tanned skin and a six-pack shows he has spent a lot of time on the boats. Overall he's definitely not a bad looker.

Ace is just average; an awkward and friendly teenager who makes mistakes and will only learn from them later in life. Whilst he wants to make friends and just fit in, he can be quite akward - especially when people find out about his love of sailing. He adores it and wants to spend his whole life on the sea, but when someone starts talking to him about it he just clams up. He prefers talking about what other people are interested in. Maybe he believes that if he shares the stories of his trips out to see he might lose some of the adoration because it won't just be his anymore. Born to two normal parents, Ace has lived what most people would consider a normal life. Besides the fact he has five sisters and spends most of his days out sailing. But even in Lindon that's not hugely abnormal for a boy of nineteen years. He came into the world in the Lindon Hospital and grew up in one of the larger beach houses, set so that the back garden is the beach. Which is perfect for him because it's a ten minute walk away to his work place and a five minute walk down to where he tethers his boat for the night. Two years into his life, after nine hundred and seventy-three days of sun, sand and adoration from his parents, the girl - who would later become the sl*t of Lindon - came into his life with the name of Marie. Ace couldn't have been more unimpressed with the small, fragile child that stole his parents' attention and caused Ace to be the brunt of most , caused by fatigue, shouting matches. The two year old could not quite grasp the concept that he now had a sibling and would have to share his parents' affection and attention. He whined and clawed for more, eventually recieving it. But the damage had been done and the wedge formed between Ace and Marie couldn't be removed. Marie started getting less attention as Ace fought for the remainder of his parents' sanity and this is what caused her to later grow up with a bad repuatation. When, three years later the twins Christina and Adele came into the world, he had more practice but it was still difficult. Especially with his first year in school now settling on his shoulders. Chrissy and Adi were much easier to handle than his other sister and the babies and five-year old managed to get on. Adele and Ace even formed a special bond through the sea, each liking to spend more time there than with their family. By the time he was seven, the family had had another baby join them, in the shape of Sarah. When he was nine, Melanie, his aunts' daughter came to join them due to her aunt having died of a heartattack and her father nowhere in sight. Five sisters and one brother was sure to cause some harm and it did. A fire, a flood, a bout of chicken pox that spread like wildfire not only through the house but also through the school. Ten years later it's actually quite surprising Ace has got out with only a few scars to show for his time. He's moving out when he's twenty-one and going to America to study zoology before returning to Australia to sail and start his own business. An average, teenage life will be led by him up until that moment.
